No no rotation. I have one that does that too. I like them both this one was a bit loud. I should have put that in the report as well. So if your looking for discretion not the best choice.
I found this toy ultra quiet!!!!!! the clit stimulator as well as the shaft lack power!!!!! I purchased this because of rave reviews but in my estimation after using this toy the reviewers and I dont agree on much. I think this would be a great toy for a highly sensitive person or a newbie.
