Perhaps the cutest vibrator I own, the Hello Kitty by Sanrio Co is..well...just plain cute! Hello Kitty sits atop the vibrator holding a teddy bear. She takes a single AA battery which slips into the bottom of the toy. You just twist off the bottom cap, put the battery in and then twist back on. One thing I noticed however, is that she's quite touchy in the off position, so I have gotten in the habit of twisting her past off, so the arrow is between off and open. Mine (and perhaps it's specific to mine) tends to turn itself on at the slightest bump, even in the off position. She has one vibaration setting, what I consider to be medium.
She's made of a smooth, hypoallergenic, latex and phthalates free plastic and it's easily cleanable using your favorite toy cleaner. She is not waterproof, and without having even an o-ring in the battery compartment, I would not feel comfortable considering her even splash proof. If you need to rinse her off, make sure to get only as much as you need to. I did, so I held Hello Kitty facing down in the water stream, so that it didn't run over the battery compartment, risking it getting into the toy.
Hello Kitty is about 5" long with a diameter of about 1 1/4". I found that using the back of her on my clit was quite a diffuse sensation, nice if you're very sensitive. I personally preferred using the teddy bear side to get a more direct stimulation to my clit. You could also use her for vibrating pleasure on your nipples.
This toy is not a toy that would finish me. I do not find her to be of any use for insertion; I find she's best as a teasing and/or foreplay toy.
Unfortunately, she's quite loud for the medium intensity vibrations. Being so small she's easily hidden, however if others are home, it would take something quite loud to mask the sounds of the vibrator.

Perhaps my cutest vibrator, I think I have it more to just look at. I don't really use it at all. I just love the naughtiness of seeing Hello Kitty poking up between my other toys LOL

It's definitely something you can use, but the vibrations suck. I'd rate them maybe a 2 (out of five) at most.
