For quite a while I've wanted a I rub my duckie toy. They're just so cute, and there are a bunch of different types (Regular, travel, bondage, pirate, iconic, and Paris!). They are made to be used on the outside of the body, and have the power of a pocket rocket vibe. Being waterproof, these plastic rubber duckies are just the toy for an adult bubble bath.

The Paris duckie is made of plastic. It's not the highest on the EF safety rating system, but it it rather high. Additionally, it is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, latex free, and made of food-grade material. It's pretty smooth, and has a bit of a sheen on the surface. I didn't notice any smell or taste to it at all.

The duckie looks just like a rubber ducky you might remember from childhood. It's very whimsical, and the holiday ball Paris duckie is a shimmery pink color, with teal eyes, a darker pink beak, and a little shiny dot that looks like a diamond earring on the beak. It also comes with a little strip of feathers, tied around the neck with a little patch of velcro. This way, the feathers can easily be removed before using the toy. It's 2.5 inches wide and 3 inches tall at the head. It's relatively discreet, I suppose, but for an adult to explain why they have a rubber duckie, it might be a bit weird.

The Paris duckie takes one AAA battery, and has just an on or off dial. To get the battery panel off, you need a coin to twist off the cap. When on, it's almost as loud as a cell phone vibrating. It's pretty strong, but not crazy.. though it definitely does the job. It works in water just fine.

Before use, remember to take off the feathers, and be sure to dry the toy off before putting them back. I wash it with antibacterial soap, but it can also be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol. If you can explain just having a rubber ducky, it can be stored in plain sight.. if not, I think it could just be tossed in a sock drawer or amongst other toys. It can be used with water, oil, or silicone lube, not that much is needed.
