I use a cleaning spray, but any kind of antibacterial toy cleaner will work fine, I'm sure. When you use the heads with bumps on them, you have to put a little extra effort into it. You have to make sure to use a cloth (or if you have them, a toy cleaning wipe) to get between each of the bumps, especially when using the one with many many bumps.

I really want to stress to everyone how cool the different heads can be! It creates different sensations for your different moods and different needs.
