Soft Silicone, Pretty Design, But Did Not Deliver

This toy may work well for someone who likes a smaller thinner sized vibrator. Or maybe a beginner, but someone who likes to feel strong vibrations or larger size, it's not worth the money.

I am going to rate it as a two because it seems to be well made.

Use

The Sphere was designed to be a dual vagina and clit stimulator by NMC Ltd. While it has the same look as the typical rabbit toy, there is no animal look to it.

While you could use it for anal play, I am sure how how successful you would be due to the flexibility of the toy.

Material / Texture

The Sphere vibe is made of a super soft purple silicone and a harder smooth plastic. The top of the toy or penis type shape is made of silicone. The silicone on the penis is a firm silicone and the silicone on the clit tickler is squishy. The tickler, designed to create clit stimulation is flexible.

The Sphere really has no textures to it. Right under the ball at the tip and on the clit tickler there is a small indent, but that's all. Nothing to notice or feel.

It did not have any scent to it at all when I removed it from the box.

Design / Shape / Size

The Sphere is made of a super soft silicone that is non-porou, Phthalates fre, and latex free. The Sphere is 7 1/2" with only 4 3/4" of insertable length. If you like some length on your toys, this may not be the right one for you.

The tip of the Sphere features a curve that is designed to hit the g-spot. Along the shaft is the clit tickler that is about 1" long and starts right above the battery pack or bottom of the vibe.

When I inserted the vibe I was never able to make contact with my clit and the clit tickler. Regardless of the position I was in, it just would not reach.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls on the Sphere are very easy to operate. There is a plus and a minus control. The plus cycles on through ten different vibration modes and the minus cuts back vibrations, or goes backwards in the cycle.

The vibrations are a steady vibrating, pulsing, waving and fast/slow beat. I am really upset at the strength of the vibrations, as none were strong enough for me. If you like a softer vibration, you will enjoy this toy. However, if you like a solid strong vibe, you will not get it with the Sphere.

I do like how quiet the Sphere is. Under a blanket you can not even hear it!
    • Easy to use
    • Lots of variety in function
    • Weak

Care and Maintenance

Care of the Sphere is simple, as with any other silicone toy. It wipes off easy with soap and water or your toy cleaner.

It will collect lint, so it should be stored the purple storage bag (comes with it), in a box, or plastic baggie if needed.
    • Difficult to store

Packaging

The Sphere is packaged in a beautiful plastic clear box that could be re-used. Inside the box you will find the Sphere and a purple storage bag.
    • Minimal

Experience

I was not happy at all with the Sphere. I was so excited to get it, but it just did nothing for me. The vibrations were not strong enough for me, the size was on the smaller size and I would never use the clit stimulator. I like a filled-up feeling, and the Sphere just was not kicking it. Regardless of the position I tried, I was never able to actually climax using the Sphere.

I don't see any reason why not, the rabbit type section would be nice for perineum stimulation and prevent it from being sucked in.
    • idk, giv eit a shot

Agreed. I'm not into sex toys that look like animals. Too weird for me. Dolphins, seahorses, rabbits, no thank you.

To me it doesn't really matter what it looks like, I'm more interested in how it performs. Thing with that one is that it does not rotate, which is something I look for in a rabbit vibe.

  • Aesthetics or Function?
    • Looking at this vibrator in particular, would you go/not go with it because of aesthetics, or would you go for functionality first?
    • I have always been about functionality, and if something looks pretty but doesn't work, why waste the money? I have some pretty butt-ugly toys and they have worked wonders for me just fine.

Thing is, not sure if something like that would work for me anyway...
    • Function over form any day.

Once it's in use, I can't really see it, anyway, and if it's really rocking my world I doubt my partner will much mind that she's using an ugly toy on me!

On a slightly tangental note, I think that vibrator is kind of cool-looking and I intend to have one of my own!
