The Eroscillator is quite literally the ugly duckling of the sex toy world. It’s different in that it uses oscillations instead of vibrations. Oscillations are just a fancy name for a side-to-side motion (like a finger) instead of a vibrating toy.

The Eroscillator is designed for the female anatomy. Its goal is to provide a different motion on your clitoris. Don’t insert it anally or vaginally. It would certainly get lost up your butt! I imagine it wouldn’t be too fun inserting it up your vagina either.

After trying so many vibrators, I had been eyeing the Eroscillator for a while. Sadly, I didn’t really fall in love with it. Was I able to orgasm with it? Sure. Was it as amazing as I though it would be? No. The Eroscillator is more of an experience toy like a rabbit. Most of the time, I just want a strong vibrator to get me off. The Eroscillator got me off, but it usually took longer and the feeling wasn’t really that spectacular for me. The orgasms feel the same as any other toy. However, I know lots of people absolutely love the Eroscillator so it may work amazing for you. This seems to be a love/hate kind of toy. Make sure you think before you purchase it.

The Eroscillator is made out of plastic. Plastic rates an eight out of ten on Eden Fantasy’s Safety Scale. It is hypoallergenic and phthalates free. The funny thing about this plastic is that it isn’t super hard. Most plastic toys are very firm. The attachments are firm but to a point. They still have a little squish to them making them more comfortable. I really like the plastic; it’s definitely comfortable. The plastic is copper in color with little to no smell. There is a little bit of drag to it so I suggest a lubricant. It doesn’t tend to attract any hair or lint. There aren’t any seams on the attachments themselves.

The main unit of the Eroscillator is 8 inches in size. It’s a dark copper in color. When you add an attachment, it measures out to 11 inches. The cord is really long (longer than most) so it should certainly meet your needs. It easily plugs in at the base of the toy.

Three different attachments come with the Eroscillator. They are called the Golden Spoon, the Golden Cup, and the Grapes & Cockscomb. Here is a picture of all three attachments (in the order mentioned above).



The Golden Spoon quite literally is like a spoon. One side has a scoop and the backside is flat with a few dots. The Golden Cup is the smallest and cups a very small circle of space. The back of the Golden Cup is more rounded with a few dots as well. These are the best to start with since they don’t have as much texture. Here is a picture of the two attachments flipped around.



The Grapes & Cockscomb attachment looks really intimidating in pictures. I was really hesitant to try it before I had the Eroscillator. Once I felt how much softer the attachments are than hard plastic, I wasn’t as worried to try it out. It obviously has a lot more texture than the other pieces. However, it wasn’t too overwhelming for me and I actually liked it. I’m still torn on which attachment I actually like the best. I’m not really sure but the Golden Spoon and the Grapes & Cockscomb attachment are winning over. If you love texture, you love the Grapes & Cockscomb. The other two attachments are great for more pinpoint stimulation. The Eroscillator is great for any user because of the varying texture options.

To put the attachments on, you have to line it up with its grooves. It sounds difficult but it’s fairly easy to achieve with some light on your side. Make sure you attach each piece on properly otherwise the Eroscillator may make an odd rattling noise. You’ll know it’s on correctly because it snaps on.

The Eroscillator is a little big so it’s not ideal for traveling or if you want a smaller toy. However, that doesn’t mean it can’t be stored properly. Plus, the box it comes in is really nice to use for storage.

To control the Eroscillator, there is a slider on the side. There are three power functions to choose from: 1, 2, and 3. It’s powered by an electric cord so there are no batteries to worry about. The wire is extremely long so you don’t have to worry about the length.

The Eroscillator only has three settings of steady oscillations, no patterns. Before buying the Eroscillator I was a little concerned with the power because I tend to need lots of power to orgasm. I found the Eroscillator to have enough power. I’m giving it a vroom of 4. It is certainly more than moderately powerful. Here is a general description of each setting.

1. This setting can definitely be felt, but it isn’t terrible fast. Vroom of 2, bee of 1.
2. The second setting is much faster than the first setting. Most people will find this setting satisfactory. Vroom of 3, bee of 2.
3. Hello Eroscillator! This setting is the fastest and fairly intense for most. Vroom of 4, bee of 2.

One thing that really impressed me about the Eroscillator is that it is SUPER Quiet. For the power it delivers, you can hardly hear it. I can barely hear it when it’s right next to me! It’s definitely a toy I’d be comfortable with using in a dorm setting or if you have roommates. Sadly, you can’t take it in the shower with you but your bed will do.

Here’s the best way to clean the Eroscillator. First, once you’re done unplug it and take the attachment off. You can clean the attachment itself in warm water and soap. To clean the rest of the Eroscillator, simply use a wet wipe. You can take off the top cap to get it better cleaned. You don’t want to wash the actual Eroscillator because it could get damaged. Since this is plastic, you may use whatever lubricant you wish.

The Eroscillator comes in a pink box with its logo everywhere. The pink box is actually placed in another cardboard box. I really like the boxes. You can certainly use them for storage.

The Eroscillator comes with its charger, three attachments, and the main Eroscillator itself. It comes with lots of instructions for use. It gives you basic warnings like don’t put it near water, etc.

Like I’ve said before, I didn’t love the Eroscillator as I had hoped. For me it wasn’t that magical. I know lots of women will love it, but I’m not one of them. I’m rating this toy four stars because it’s well made and will please most. Even though I won’t be reaching for it often, I’m glad I decided to give it a whirl. I’ve found that I just prefer vibrators. On the plus side, I’ve finally mastered spelling Eroscillator correctly. I literally spelled it wrong at least ten times in my review before I corrected it.
