The Dolphin Teaser is a small single speed bullet with a TPR dolphin-shaped sheath designed to tickle and tease at your sensitive bits. Good for nipple teasing and a little clitoral stimulation, the teaser worked better for me without the dolphin shaped cover, but I can see the merits in having the nose of the dolphin concentrated on certain areas. Good for couples looking to rile each other, beginners looking to ease into the world of toys, or more advanced users looking for a good warm up, the Dolphin Teaser with its small, waterproof design accommodates anyone, anywhere.

The toy is really composed of two parts, the actual bullet and the dolphin shaped sheath.

The bullet is made of metal and comes apart by twisting clockwise. There, you can insert the three watch batteries (included) and it is waterproofed by a rubber 'o' ring. The bullet itself is made of a super safe material and is easily cleanable by washing it with soap and water or with a toy cleaner.

The part that's shaped like a dolphin is made of TPR, which is flexible, latex and phthalates free and is hypoallergenic, but it is slightly porous so take proper precautions if sharing. TPR has kind of a sticky feel to it, a slight odor and attracts lint and fuzzies so you need to clean it off with soap and water before and after each use.

The Dolphin Teaser is small, only about 3 1/4 inches in length from nose to tail. Thanks to the ring that fits around your finger, you can hold it and manipulate it with ease. Even without the dolphin cover on you can hold it easily and not worry about it slipping from your grasp. It's easy to store and hide and even to travel with, thanks to the small compact design.

I know that the 'nose' of the dolphin is supposed to tickle and tease at the sensitive spots, but for me, it didn't work that way. I found that taking the cover off and running the bullet over various parts of my body worked better. I think that for other people, especially beginners, this toy would make a fun introduction into bullets and vibes.

The toy comes with a simple on/off switch, a button on the bottom of the bullet. I had to press it fairly hard to get it to turn off and on, so an accidental turn on would be hard to do.
As far as power and functions of the toy go, it has only one setting and vibrates at such a level that is only conducive for teasing for me. It's just a mildly powered bullet, no variation in speed or intensity. With the dolphin cover on, I thought it mellowed out the vibrations even more, so I tried using the bullet without it and found that for me it functioned much better and was a little more powerful without the cover. If you do want to use the cover, it comes with a nifty little finger hole that stretches to fit on and isn't too tight.

The waterproofing on the bullet is awesome; I completely (and accidentally) submerged the toy in water for about ten seconds, pulled it out, dried it off, opened it up and the battery compartment was still dry. Water does get trapped between the dolphin cover and the bullet, so you'll need to make sure that the inside of the cover is dry before putting it back over the bullet.

The toy is really quiet. I turned it on and laid it on a towel and couldn't hear it over the exhaust fan in the bathroom or the shower running. I tried the same thing in my bedroom and couldn't hear it through the closed door and with the door open it sounded like my cell phone vibrating under my covers.

The toy is relatively low maintenance. Because the dolphin bit is TPR, you can't boil it to sterilize it, so I wouldn't recommend using it anally or around the anus at all.

You can store it in the package it came in, as it fits perfectly back inside and it will protect the toy from lint and fuzzies. Alternatively, you could store it in a little ziplock baggie if the package is taking up too much space.

You can clean the Dolphin Teaser by using warm water and either soap or toy cleaner, as this is safe for both parts of the toy. You can't boil it to sterilize it and I wouldn't use a bleach solution, as bleach will degrade the TPR and possibly the waterproofing bits around the on/off switch on the bullet.

Both water and silicone based lubricants are safe to use with the toy.

The toy came in a package that clearly showed what was inside,a dolphin shaped cover, a bullet and three watch batteries. On the back of the package were instructions on how to insert the batteries. Overall, the packaging was minimal and I only kept mine to protect the TPR cover from fuzzies.

Really, the dolphin bit of the dolphin teaser seems pointless, as it did nothing to add to the experience for me. I can see the merits in it, but I honestly used mine more without the cover than with. A fun novelty item for a bit, the toy will probably end up buried under other vibes that offer more power and variety.
