I would not recommend this toy, as there are plenty others that can give you more bang for the buck. With only one speed setting it's hard to enjoy the jutting nubs or bendable shaft.
Basically, if you don't play often and only use this toy on occasion, I'm sure it would be a fantastic addition to your toy box. If you're a loner you play a bit more often, look at investing a bit more money on a product that will last longer.
If your looking for a good finger massager to use on your girl, then I would check this toy out. She loved that I picked this out for her and uses it all the time.
