Sweetheart vibe by California Exotic

While I hate to give any sex toy a bad review (because I love toys), I'd have to say the Sweetheart Vibe from California Exotic Novelties left me feeling kind of sour.

The toy did its job overall, but it wasn't the most comfortable or versatile toy. The vibrations were much like other vibrating toys I've used, but this one fairly standard. No bells, no whistles, no screaming, uncontrolled orgasms. There are some little nodules on the soft jelly, heart-shaped vibe--which offers good vaginal coverage--but they are pretty small and thin and don't vibrate much. There is another nodule at the top that's a little bigger that is supposed to rest right against your clit but has a tendency to lose its place. I felt like the clit stimulator could have been a bit bigger and vibrate a bit more for better action.

The Sweetheart Vibe is of the strap-on fashion with adjustable thigh straps. These straps are made of the same material as what you find lining a pair of panties. That's comfortable enough; however, if your thighs run on the chubbier side like mine do, you will find even the largest adjustment can cause the straps to be tight, confining, and uncomfortable. And, after the first use, they will twist up into little balls and never lay straight again. This can make any subsequent uses even more uncomfortable.

One thing I usually enjoy with my vibrator play is the ability to hide it under my clothing for some secret public play. This toy is certainly not for that. Not only is it kind of bulky under clothing, the remote control is attached to the vibe with a cord. Certainly not discreet having a black cord hanging out of your pants or skirt!

The cleaning of the toy was easy enough with a wet, soapy washcloth or baby wipe. Since the controller cord is attached, this toy is not meant to be submerged in water. If you get pretty wet during your pussy play, you might want to rethink this toy because the straps where they connect to the vibe can get messy and will be harder to clean since the toy can't go into water.
