It was a particularly rough Thursday at work. I was exhausted, worn out, resigned. I drug myself out of my car and trudged up the walk to my front door. I was halfway there when I noticed a package on the doorstep. I quickened my step as my heart sped up. I scooped up the package, got the door unlocked and was inside in record time. I dropped my purse in the foyer, and practically ran to the kitchen for a knife to open the box.
Imagine my disappointment, then, when I pulled out the
Tenacious Bunny vibrator, only to be reminded it was rechargeable, thus in need of charging. Twelve hours of charging for one hour of play. I plugged the purple bunny into an outlet and examined it for a moment.
The first thing that struck me was that it was a rather hard silicone [Editor's note: this item is TRP Silicone]. It didn’t feel as though it would be comfortable. There were three nubs on the top of the head, presumably for tactile pleasure. About four inches down the shaft there was a bulbous section, laden with approximately twelve medium sized beads. On the bottom there were four buttons; spin, reverse, vibe and hi/lo. The buttons were encased in rubber, reminding me this toy was water-proof. I set the unit down to allow it to charge and went about my evening.
The next day I sped home. I went straight to the Tenacious Bunny and unplugged it from the charging unit. It was time to take this sucker for a test drive.
Although it was of average size, I still needed lube as the [TPR] silicone was as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. I slipped it in, then out and in again to see if that would do it for me. No shuddering, no gasping, so I turned on the spin function. It was nice, but not orgasmic nice. I had to press the beaded section surprisingly hard against my opening to bring some modicum of pleasure to the region. Okay, so far, not so good. I had one more function to put into play before I could call this toy a bust. I hit vibe. Oh! That’s nice. However, the little ears were hitting nowhere near my clit. I angled the head up so as to pull the ears down closer to my clit. Still not there. I had to pull my Mons up, placing my clit just under the low vibrations of the wagging bunny ears. Now, this is what a
rabbit vibe is supposed to do. The low vibration was nice for a while, but not bringing me to orgasm. I found that if I lightly tapped the high/low button, not actually engaging the high function, I could give myself a pulse as needed. It took only three minutes of pulsing to bring me to orgasm, at which point I engaged the high button fully and orgasmed three more times! The rotating, spinning shaft only lost a little power as my walls bore down on it over and over again.
Overall, this is a fun toy, but not one for long, lingering play. If you want to orgasm quickly, then this is the toy. It is quite loud, however; it would probably be heard through a door. And the vibe function, on high, can actually be too much for long periods.
