The Charisma Twisty is a discreet vibrator, which basically means it's a smaller, more compact version of a traditional vibrator. The size works in your advantage for some applications, and limits your success in others.




You can use the Charisma Twisty for clitoral stimulation. The tip works well for pinpoint stimulation. You can hold the shaft against your entire clitoral area for a broader sensation. I also enjoy holding the shaft against myself and sliding it up and down or grinding against it. The ridges add just the right amount of stimulation without being too much texture.

Although you could use the Charisma Twisty for vaginal stimulation, it is rather slim and short. If you like a feeling of fullness or a lot of length when it comes to insertables, this one won't be your favorite. None of the patterns were a 3 Vroom, in my opinion. The best this vibrator can dish out is 2/2.5 Vrooms. It is fairly quiet, at around 2 Bees, and you won't hear it through a closed door. The vibrations are very surface level and buzzy, with not even a hint of penetrating rumble. The vibrations are located fairly evenly throughout the shaft, with no areas more concentrated than others. I found the button easy to press, but not likely to be pressed accidentally.

Surviving through several dips in the bathtub and shower, the Charisma Twisty can certainly handle the water. There was no water inside the battery compartment after being submerged, and the waterproof seal is well designed.

The Charisma Twisty takes one AA battery, which is not included when you purchase the toy. You simply unscrew the end, place the battery inside as indicated and screw the cap back on. After a handful of uses, it is still going strong, so it's fairly easy on batteries.

Cleaning this little guy is simple. As it's waterproof, you can wash the Charisma Twisty in soap and water. Just me sure the battery compartment is closed tightly before you submerge it for cleaning. If you prefer, you can use your favorite toy cleaner. Because it has a motor, you can't run this through the dishwasher or boil it to sterilize it.

Water-based and silicone-based lubes are compatible with the Charisma Twisty, so feel free to use whichever you prefer if you need to. It doesn't tend to collect lint or hair.

This toy comes resting in a form fitting plastic tray, within a clear plastic box which is covered in text. The outside of the package details the variety of settings and various other features of the toy. It is decent for storage, as it doesn't take up a whole lot more room than the toy itself. Of course, you could just store this in a drawer or place it in your toy box.

Although there is nothing wrong with this toy, and it's made well and functions as expected, it just didn't do it for me. It was way too weak to cause any orgasms. So, as a teaser or as a little extra stimulation during intercourse, it has some value. As a stand alone clitoral or vaginal vibe, it just doesn't have enough oomph for me. If you enjoy a more mild vibe, or like something very mild for teasing, this might be just what you're looking for.
