Okay, so this was actually the second vibrator I've ever bought. My first one was a cheap little vibrator, and to my disappointment, it had NO power and broke in the first five minutes. Finally, in pure desperation, I ordered this baby in a last ditch effort to convince myself real vibrators DO exist. And boy, does the magic wand prove this theory correct!

At first glance, this thing looks sort of like a monster. It's big, long, powerful, and intimidating. The massaging head is as big as a fist, and I was reluctant to use it on my delicate parts at first, but once I did it was amazing! I have never experienced so much power in a vibrator in my life. I was having my first real orgasm within the first minute right out of the box. In fact, I quickly became addicted to it and this became the only toy I would use for the longest time. I like to think of it now as being like my husband: tall, thin, and with lots of muscle! And if the vibrations are too much, you can always switch it onto the low settings or put a towel over the head.

The vibrating head is made of a hard enough material to provide a good amount of stimulation, while not being too hard. The material does not balk, and allows you to situate the vibrations just where you need them. It is also very easy to clean.

One of my favorite features about the magic wand is that you don't need batteries. With as much as I use it, I would be spending big bucks on batteries if it wasn't for this feature. It also means you have a consistent level of stimulation, no loss of power as batteries die out, as with other toys. This is very important to me. It would be nice if the cord were just a tad bit longer, though. Another thing is that after about ten minutes, the unit starts to heat up very rapidly, and gets very hot. After all, it is a hardcore machine. But for safety, you should not use this under the covers for any length of time, as this will only accelerate the heating.

Another drawback to the magic wand is that it is indeed very loud. I would not suggest using this if you live very close to other people, unless they are very sound sleepers or are deaf.
