The Heartbreaker by Hustler is for vaginal or clitoral use; anal is not recommended as there is no flared base. It's great for solo play or with your partner (your partner can play with it on you or you can play with it during anal sex).

I enjoyed the "g spot curve" for use on my clit along with the 3 levels of vibrations. At the end of the day day, though, this is a pretty basic, no-frills vibrator. The vibrations may fall short of satisfying some users.

I have the pink Heartbreaker, but it also comes in red.

The Heartbreaker is made of non-porous phthalate-free, latex-free material (plastic with a safety rating of "8" on Eden). The surface, while hard, feels very soft and smooth. There is absolutely no flexibility in this vibrator, but the ergonomic shape sits nicely in my hands.

There is a visible but unobtrusive seam down the back shaft of the toy. There is also a raised "flaming heart" just above where the control area screws off to reveal the battery compartment. The heart has two raised curves around it. None of these raised characteristics add enough texture to be felt internally.

The Heartbreaker gives off no smell and does not collect any lint.

The design of Hustler's Heartbreaker is very beautiful. There's a quiet symmetry in the subtle "S" shape of the vibrator, how the g spot curve balances out the curve of the control end.

The vibrator, however, is on the small side. While the box has it at 6", for me it measures about 6.25" head to toe. At best, 4.5" of that is going to be insertable. The shaft is a narrow 1" thick which I know does not "do it" for a bunch of users. Measuring the curve at an angle, it's 2" thick, which feels nice upon entry and exit.

This is not a discreet toy, but the smaller size may make it a good candidate to bring along on travels.

The controls for the Heartbreaker are a no-brainer. It is easy to use and easy to access during play. There's a big black button on the control end's curve. An easy press will turn it on low, then medium, then high, then back off. The vibrations, which are towards the end of the shaft, are not earth-shattering by any means.

There's an odd "hiccup" when I turn on mine. It starts out high for a split second then settles on low. The three levels are buzzy fun. Again, nothing insane but certainly enough to please. Also, with no patterned vibrations, someone who needs a lot of variety won't be pleased with the Heartbreaker.

Someone may hear you through a closed door when it's on high. But if being used internally and under blankets, I doubt anyone would be the wiser. Certainly not when used on low.

The vibrator requires 2 AAA batteries which were not included. The battery compartment is very easy to open and close and has a good-sized O-ring to create a nice, tight waterproof seal.

Given its mostly smooth surface, the Heartbreaker is very easy to clean. Warm, soapy water, isopropyl alcohol or toy cleaner. Be sure to clean around the raised elements as they could collect dried fluids.

This vibrator can be used with water, silicone or oil based lubricants.

It did not come with a storage bag and it would be difficult to go in and out of the box, so I keep this in its own bag.

While Hustler's Heartbreaker is not a lint magnet, the box sure is! I could not get it off for the life of me when I was taking these pics! Anyway, the front is clear plastic while all other sides are black. Inside, the vibe is kept in place with plastic inserts at top and bottom. There are no instructions (nor are they needed).

The box design is crisp and clean, impressive. The back has a diagram detailing the vibrator's vibrations, as well as key points about the product.

What I thought was cute was the "Pleasure Workout" information on the side. Is it accurate? I sincerely doubt it. But it sure is fun to think of what we can do and how many calories we can burn while doing it!

The box, while it's not practical for storage, makes a nice presentation and would be a good gift.

I like playing with the Heartbreaker. It's a fun, cute toy and certainly satisfies. But when I feel like more variety and more girth, I need to look elsewhere.
