As I was getting ready to write this review for the High Intensity Bullet, I noticed that my shoulders and neck were tight from sitting at the computer for hours on end. As an experiment, I tried rubbing this bullet, on its highest setting, across the top of my shoulders and the back of my neck. Although it felt nice on my shoulders, it wasn't quite strong enough to really make those muscles relax. However, when I held it against a certain spot at the base of my skull, it sent a wonderful tingling sensation up through my scalp. It wasn't quite orgasmic, but it was a truly blissful experience.

This led me to try the bullet on other areas of my body. On the lowest setting, gliding it gently across my lips created a lovely sensation. Sliding it around the exterior edge of my ear also felt extremely nice. When I put it on the medium setting and rubbed it in little circles on that spot between my eyebrows where tension seems to focus, I felt the muscles in my forehead and face immediately relax. It also felt very pleasing on my wrist, the back of my knee and even the bottom of my foot. This is a great bullet with which to explore your body, hunting for all the places that vibrations feel especially nice.

You can do this hunting yourself, or you can give the bullet to your partner and let them hunt for ways to bring you to orgasm. However, there are a few areas you should definitely avoid. Never, ever, run a bullet or any other vibrator over your eyelids; you could damage your eyes. As was mentioned in another of my reviews, do not stick this or any bullet up your nose or in your ears. Basically, just use common sense, and you should be fine.

As for the more traditional sexual areas, the High Intensity Bullet works great for stimulating your clitoris, nipples, penis, scrotum, perineum and/or rectum. It is just barely long enough to be inserted a couple of inches into your vagina. However, because it does not have a flared base, it should NEVER be inserted anally. It could easily get sucked in and lost, necessitating an embarrassing trip to the emergency room.

The High Intensity Bullet is aprox. 3.25 inches long and 5/8 of an inch in diameter. It's the traditional bullet shape with a slightly pointier end than some bullets. It comes in a variety of colors. I bought the black one, since, in the picture, it looked translucent, and I like being able to see the mechanisms in my toys. However, the bullet I received was completely opaque. It still looks very sleek and sexy, though.

The High Intensity Bullet is made out of food grade, latex free, Phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, plastic which rates an 8 out of 10 on the EF material safety scale. Plastic can be cleaned with warm water and anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner. It can also be basically sterilized by rubbing it with alcohol. So it should be safe to share this bullet with others as long as you sterilize it between users.

There was no discernible smell or taste to this bullet. Although some of the colors of this bullet are said to have a velvety textured surface, the black bullet is completely smooth. You probably won't need to use lube with this bullet, but it should be safe to use water, oil or silicone based lubes with any plastic toy. However, the package says to use water based lubes with this product. I wonder if oil or silicone based lubes would have a negative effect on this toy's O-ring.

The High Intensity Bullet has three settings which are accessed sequentially by pushing the small button on the end of the bullet. The first push turns the bullet on at the lowest setting. This first setting has fairly mild vibrations and is pretty quiet. I could just barely hear it under thick covers when I was standing right next to it. The second setting has moderately strong vibes and is somewhat noisier. I could definitely hear it through the covers, but could not hear it through a closed door. The third and final setting has pretty strong vibes and is somewhat loud. If I listened closely, I could hear it through the door, but it was not exactly obvious. Pushing the button a fourth time, turns the vibes off. The vibes don't quite reach the status of rumbly, but they are not as buzzy as some bullets.

The High Intensity Bullet uses one N battery, which came with it in the packaging. N batteries can usually be found where camera supplies are sold, or you can just order replacement batteries from Eden.
