The butterfly washes well in soapy water, just be sure not to get the controller wet. I wipe that down with a damp cloth. I do use a toothbrush for the ridges shapes and dips in the butterfly, which makes cleaning a breeze!

TPR is porous, so do not share! It needs to be stored separately from your other toys or it can cause damage and discoloration. I keep mine in a zip lock bag.
