When I got the Stellar vibe venus in the mail I was surprised at the huge box it was delivered in. I am so used to the images in the description being so off, but I should have realized how big it was. At first glance I thought I'm not going to be able to play with this! I'm more used to smaller more petite vibes, so I had my doubts. I was very pleased with the way my experience turned out, I absolutely LOVE this vibe in and out of the water.

If this was my first vibrator I would be intimidated! It definitely took me some getting used to before I was actually able to play with it. I had to use a lot of lube but was easily able to slip it inside me. The material is slightly flexible (not so flexible that it gave me problems going in) after a bit of playing around I was able to hit my G-Spot, and it was amazing! It did take a bit of work though, the vibe itself was very tight fitting inside of me making it difficult to move around once fully inserted. I also had help from my bf during this which was a lot easier! I don't think I would have played with it as long if he wasn't there to help. It felt better for me to play with this toy while laying flat on my back with my butt raised up with a pillow, while my bf did all the work. It was a little bit uncomfortable to be sitting up or leaning forward with this toy fully inserted.

I used this toy briefly in the bathtub (my tub time was cut short) and it performed wonderfully! No loss of power, and the batteries stayed dry. I was skeptical because there is no protective covering over the plastic cap, it's just a tight fitting lid.

Out of the package the stellar vibe venus did have a bit of a plastic smell to it. I let it sit out for a while and the smell was gone by the time I went to play with the toy. The softer material gave it a more real feeling, and made the bumpy edges a lot more enjoyable. I almost forgot, it says the color is "lavender"; it's a frosty clear pink. It may have a hint of purple in it, but it's mostly pink. It is clear so you can see all the mechanical stuff inside.

I really liked the shape of this toy. It has a round head that goes into a tapered neck. From there it has 3 ridges that look like an accordion fold. It goes up and has a ridge, then tapers back down, then goes up to the second ridge etc. The first fold is about a 1/2" and the second 1", the last fold does not taper down, it just continues to the end of the vibe. The ridges have small bumps going all the way around. The diameter is 1.5" at the ridges, the head of the toy is only about 1". The insertable length is almost 5.5" and the TPR material continues all the way to the battery cap of the toy.

Unfortunately this toy comes with no carrying case, and is quite large for travel. It's not very discreet, Size wise it is best for advanced users, but the texture isn't as stimulating for advanced users. For the price, you can't really go wrong!

This is a very easy to use toy. It uses 2-AAA batteries, and the battery cap also serves as the on/off dial. There are no vibration patterns in this toy. It starts off as a low and slow vibe, gradually working it's way up to a hard fast vibe. At first I thought it was really noisy, but if I had the blankets on top you couldn't hear a thing. It isn't a high pitched noise, but you can hear the steady sound of the motor working. The dial moves easily back and forth, but not easily enough to be moved back and forth during play on accident.

This vibe is more powerful than I expected, and stronger than other vibes I've tried. The vibrations are centered at the tip of the toy but travel up and down the shaft fine, and I didn't notice any less of a vibe at the base.

This toy is waterproof, but I only got a few minutes of water play in before I was interrupted. I was worried about the battery compartment getting water in it, since there is nothing protecting the plastic battery cap, but so far so good! Being in the water it was still as noisy as it was in the bedroom, but not noisy enough to wake someone up.

Since you can not sterilize this toy in boiling water, ALWAYS use a condom when sharing this toy. To keep it clean you need warm water and soap (or toy cleaner). The ridges are not so small, making it an easy clean. You can use silicone or water based lube. The diameter of the toy is larger than I'm used to in toys, so I needed to use a lot of lube!

I have stored mine in a satin pouch I have bought for my toys, but since the material is softer I'm afraid it may start to pick up lint. I'm trying to prevent that anyway I can by letting it air dry and keeping it in the storage pouch.

This toy came packaged in a plastic sleeve, with a paper insert that was in black/white tones. There were no instructions, but none are really needed. It tells you the important stuff, 2 AAA batteries, waterproof, made with TPR rubber. The width of the plastic sleeve it came in is almost 5" in width (the toy is only 1.5" at the widest point) and almost 11" in length, so the box it was delivered in was a large one! There is no storage case included, and the plastic sleeve is so large you wouldn't want to take the extra space to store it in there.
