This Rabbit's a Hardhead

FiFi probably won't work for everyone, but for those who will be a fit... well, you're lucky! FiFi offers all the qualities Je Joue offers. However, if you want direct clitoral stimulation and easy to use buttons, this will only be a frustration for you.

Use

It seems I'm staring to become a Je Joue junky. FiFi wasn't a toy on my "had to have" list, but it happened to come into my possession and I couldn't say no. FiFi is a rabbit vibrator. It has a curve to stimulate the G-spot and it has two rabbit ears to aid in clitoral stimulation. If your anatomy is right, the dual stimulation of FiFi can be heaven, BUT if your anatomy isn't made for FiFi you will be disappointed. Overall, FiFi has a great quality and make like all Je Joue toys, but if it doesn't fit you, all the bells an whistles in the world mean nothing.

FiFi is probably not the best bet for beginners or those who are still looking for toys they like. FiFi is a pricey luxury toy, so it is an investment and you want to be sure it will work for you. I'd recommend trying to find less expensive rabbits that have a shaft that has a similar length to FiFi to see if that size is doable for you.

FiFi does carry the traits people desire: it is rechargeable, completely waterproof, submersible, not too loud, strong, and made of silky, sexy Je Joue silicone. It's an option for those who live with others since it can be whisked away in the shower. It can also be used beyond basic rabbit functions. It can stimulate the P-spot through the perineum and be used as an external teaser toy. If you wanted, you could insert FiFi anally since the ears would act as your safeguard. I think it's far from the best use, but it IS possible if desired.

Material / Texture

Ah, yes... this is what everyone wants to know about regarding FiFi. It does have that silky, buttery silicone that is the hallmark of Je Joue's high end vibes. You just want to rub it against your face; that's how pleasing the feeling is. The silicone coating ranks a 10 out of 10 on the Eden Safety scale. Silicone is very body safe and a great choice for those who have allergies or are sensitive. The silicone is also non porous, meaning bacteria cannot thrive inside the toy.

The silicone is smooth with little drag. You can always add a drop of water based lubricant to slide effortlessly away! There are no textures to FiFi. Any texture comes from the shape of the toy. The seams are not obnoxious and can't be felt. In terms of texture, FiFi is beginner friendly. FiFi is also rock solid. She won't bend or yield. Well, she will slightly where the ears join the body, but that's it since FiFi is a stubborn toy. This is great for ladies who need firm G-spot stimulation. It's not so great since the rabbit ears are also very firm. It kind of keeps you from getting carried away and being rough with the toy during use. You don't want to accidentally jab your clitoris, pubic bone, or other surrounding, delicate areas with FiFi.

There is no overt odor or taste to FiFi.

Design / Shape / Size

FiFi isn't small but she isn't huge. She might be a little much at first sight for some beginners (but then again, I think beginners should pick something else). FiFi is a total of length of 8 inches with 5 of them being insertable. The ears are meant to stimulate either side of the clitoris during use. The girth is average at 4.5 inches; it makes it doable for most and boring for those who like girth.

Depending on your anatomy, this type of stimulation may or may not be successful. Another thing you could do to aid in clitoral stimulation is to slowly twist FiFi to either side to an ear is a bit more on the clitoris. When doing this, do note that you'll be moving the curve of shaft away from the G-spot. The ears' won't be for everyone with direct stimulation. They might be too pointed for dead on stimulation and the vibrations might be too subtle if the ears are on the side of the clit. As I said before, I think FiFi is more for intermediate to advanced users who don't need reliable, dead on clitoral stimulation. Again, everyone's experience can be different given their anatomy.

FiFi is pretty easy to hide. You can always put her in her box. The box is black and has a nice look. The only way someone would know it's a sex toy is if they know what Je Joue sells. If they do know, you must exchange knowing, approving looks. If you don't want that to possibly happen, just put something on top of the box to cover it up. FiFi can travel in her box since the lid doesn't come of easily or she can be wrapped in a lint free cloth and taken in a medium sized purse or larger. In terms of noise, FiFi ranges between 2 and 3 Bees depending on use. If noise is a concern for you, insert FiFi and then turn her on. She is closer to 2 Bees when inserted. When not inserted, she is more like a low 3 Bees. If she is inserted, you should not be heard beyond a door with the covers on. If still concerned, the bath/shower is there or put on some music in the bedroom.

Functions / Performance / Controls

If you look at the bottom half of FiFi you basically have MiMi. Buttons and all. Remove the ears and she's basically Uma (from appearance, I don't have Uma for full confirmation). The buttons are also the charging nodes. You have a plus button and a minus button. In the center you have a patterns button.

I know many who have used FiFi say the buttons are arduous to press. Perhaps it is because I have MiMi and am used to the buttons, but I personally have not experienced difficulty with them. Then again, the pattern button, which is a dot of silicone, is more flush to the toy, so I can understand the frustration some would have with it. If you don't really use patterns in your toys, you should not (on average) be as frustrated. If you like to switch between patterns and intensities during play, I could see how troublesome the buttons could be to operate and find.

Hold the plus button to start FiFi and press the plus button again to raise the power level. The minus will lower the power and turn the toy off if held. The vibrations are rumbly and travel. If you want to access the patterns, press the patterns button. Press it again to cycle through the patterns. The patterns are:

1. Rumbles
2. Accelerating Pulses
3. Pulses
4. Faster Pulses
5. Accelerating Pulses, repeat
6. Truncated pulses

The vibrations, when you crank the intensity, are solid. FiFi has a solid 4 Vrooms in the shaft, but I think it's less in the clitoris. While it does have a motors in each ear, it doesn't matter when they don't really touch the clitoris. You also can't control the motors separately; it's all or nothing. This could be frustrating for some.

FiFi has a magnetic charger so she is submersible and waterproof. Make sure she is dry when you decide to charge her. She take a couple of hours to charge and she will last just as long between charges. To charge, just match the nodes on her adapter to the plus and minus buttons. A reddish light will flash when you have it right. It will stop flashing when she is charged.

Care and Maintenance

Care for FiFi is a breeze. Since it is completely waterproof, it can be left in the sink to soak, or you can use wet wipes or toy cleaner. Soap and water is the easiest and it's tried and true. Lint doesn't collect much on FiFi even though it is silicone; it's a fine grade of silicone. If anything, you'll get some fuzzies, but not extreme lint compared to other silicone toys. Do make sure to clean in the divot between the ears because debris can collect there.

Once dry, you can store the toy in the box it comes with or you can wrap it in a lint free cloth and put it with your general toy storage. Keep it from direct contact with jelly, rubber, and TPE/TPR toys. These materials can both contaminate and damage the silicone coating of FiFi.

Only use water based lubricants with FiFi.

Packaging

The one thing I appreciate about Je Joue is their packaging. The first layer is a card stock box what is mainly the color of the toy you received and has the Je Joue logo as a pattern over it and a picture of the toy on the other side. In only this way, it's not very discreet, but that goes away once you get rid of that cover. Remove this layer and you're left with the signature black box. Lift the lid of the box and you'll see the toy. There is a little compartment at the bottom of the toy that you lift to access the charger and instructions. The box is great for storage is you have the space. I do wish they included pouches though.

Th packaging is tasteful. There is no nudity or raunchiness. The black box itself is classy.

    • Would make a nice gift

Experience

*Sorry about the lack of pictures. My current, back-up computer does not seem to support the Eden picture app. This should be my last or second to last review without pics. Sorry for the inconvenience*

Ah... so what do I say about FiFi? I've had her for a while and she's been hard for me to review. I'm very ambivalent about her. You'll either love or hate her in my opinion. I personally don't care for her. There are better, more reliable toys in my opinion. One great example is the Ina 2. The Ina 2 has almost all the same features (except it can't be submerged), but the clitoral attachment is more user friendly for most clitorises. Another would be a Jopen, like the 6.5.

FiFi is not user friendly for ladies who like to move between patterns or those who want the option of toys that have yield or direct clitoral stimulation. There are better toys out there. If you need a reliable clitoral attachment(s) move on.

I own a few Je Joue products at this point. This is how I rank them in overall performance:

1. MiMi
2. G-Ki/ Ami
3. FiFi

It ranks at the bottom of my Je Joue experience. It's not as universal as their other products.
