Thumper, what a fun little fellow. Thumper is a dual stimulating vibrator. It has a vibrating rabbit stimulator as well as a rotating shaft. It stimulates the clitoris and vagina at the same time and can stimulate the g-spot and a-spot simultaneously.

It's a fairly simple rabbit vibe and isn't very daunting. It could suit beginners who are looking for a toy of this particular size as well as others who are more experienced.

This can be used in the shower, in the bedroom and even when you need some alone time in your dorm room as it is very quiet and waterproof. It is a little big to carry around for an impromptu orgasmic craving but it will fit in a suitcase for an extra special vacation.

Cal Exotics have made the thumper as well as the two other vibes in the L'Amour collection, of premium silicone. It is very smooth, and silky and has no sent or taste. It is only available in purple but the Tripler is very similar and comes in pink.

There are some grooves along the sides of the shaft which are barely felt. There is a slight seem that runs the whole length of the shaft, front to back, including on the rabbit stimulator. It is not felt at all but still worth a mention.

The texture being smooth is quite well suited for anyone who enjoys this type of texture, whether one is experienced or not.

In comparison to it's very similar cousin, the Petite Couture Amorous, the Thumper has a thicker shaft. The tip of the shaft is bigger also and is more easily felt in use. The curved tip in use is pretty far back in the vagina and can stimulate the a-spot (anterior fornix).

Although it is thicker than the Amorous, it's still only 1 inch and 1/4 in diameter which is quite modest. It is 5 inches insertable but 9 and 1/2 inches in total length. In the pictures the shaft looks flexible but it only flexes when the rotation is used. Otherwise, trying to flex it back and forth could break the rotating mechanism inside.

The rabbit stimulator is not flexible either, apart from the ears which are stretchy and flexible. The ears are quite supple and when pulled back you can see a little clitoral nub. The design supposedly provides triple action stimulation.

The battery pack is very simple. It has a little plastic battery casing that can be removed for easy battery insertion. The cover is easy to take off and put back on. Similar to the Petite Couture line the cover requires only a quarter of a turn to come off, which caused problems for the Petite line. Fortunately water doesn't enter the battery case of the Thumper, even when the toy is fully submerged under water.

There are 3 speeds of shaft rotation and 7 different speeds of variations of pulsation for the rabbit stimulator. The controls are simple and very easy to use with, one on/off button, one button for the vibration and the last button is for rotation. The toy can be turned off at any point during use and when turned back on you must go back through the settings to get back where you had it set prior to turning it off.

The clitoral stimulator requires less battery power then the rotation so you will know your batteries are low when the rotating shaft doesn't work so well.

The vibration patern go as follows: 1-3. low, medium, high 4. pulsing 5. escalation 6. quick pulsing and 7. three short pulses, one long.

This toy is extemely quiet. It is quieter than many vibes I own. Virtual silence does not mean lack of power as this toys little rabbit is pretty intense and satisfying.

The buttons light up with blue LED lights which are actually quite bright and could be distracting for some.

Since it is made of silicone, this toy is best used with waterbased lube. Silicone lube can damage the finish of the toy permanently.

To clean the Thumper, you can wash with a mild soap, use sex toy cleaner, or wipe down with a 10% bleach solution. Letting it air dry is preferable to patting it down as the silicone is a lint/hair magnet.

The toy can be stored in its original plastic shell within the box it came in, however, I simply store it in a sex toy treasure chest with my other toys.

At first I was hesitant. The two little ears seemed to annoy my clit and the shaft rotations didn't do anything for me. The little nub below the rabbit ears was far from reaching my clit as the shafts length wouldn't permit me to get all the way there.

What did work was the shape of the toy. It is absolutely amazing in practice. I thought I would have to tease my clit a long time before I would get the chance to orgasm, but no!
