Tidal wave dong sex toy review

If you, like me, love a nice big cock, then check out this toy. It's a realistic combination of hard and soft, with a nice curve to hit the g-spot.

Pros:
It's big!!! Pleasurable head design and nice realistic feel.
Cons:
Smells vaguely like an air-freshener.

I like big dicks, but haven't perfected the art of picking the well-endowed man out of a crowd. That's where this toy comes in mighty handy. It's the biggest I've ever used and I loved it instantly simply for that fact. Now, down to the details...Yes, it does have a definite perfumey fragrance to it. I've washed it several times and the smell is not as strong. At first it actually would scent the general area where I left it, but now there is not much more than the occasional whiff of the "ocean-y" scent.

This is the first toy I've ever owned which is made of jelly and I definitely like the feeling. It's hard yet has a softness to it, much like the real thing. However, the jelly is a sort of tacky material so this toy tends to pick up dust, lint, hair, etc. Furthermore, you *must* use a condom with this vibrator. The jelly material is full of bubbles and on my toy some near the surface had broken, leaving little pockets perfect for collecting all those lovely juices. I find the use of a condom somewhat of a joy-killler, but just like with real sex, I can adjust to the necessity.

The vibrations on this toy are pretty good, although it doesn't do much for me externally. The head is a fabulous design and feels so good rubbing up against my g-spot area. The ribbing does not do as much for me as I would like, but I'm sure I'd miss it if the shaft was smooth instead. I really like the balls on this toy, as I think it would be quite tricky to get a firm grip on this vibe without them. The other night I felt like the vibrations were distracting me more than turning me on, so I used the vibrator as a dildo. Oh my God! That worked wonders! It feels a lot more like the real thing minus vibrating plus the texture of the jelly material. If you purchase this toy or already own it, definitely give it a try sans vibrations.

Over all I kinda wonder if I like this toy more for its size than its design or how it functions. When it's so long and wide, it's not hard to hit some sweet spots, whereas a smaller toy involves a bit more technique. However, I know that I won't be retiring it any time soon, and I'm definitely in the market for more of similar (or bigger!) size and girth.

Thanks for mentioning the safety concerns of jelly!

If you're looking for larger and realistic dildos, the Vixskin line is excellent.

"Ocean-y scent."  That disturbs me.
Sorry the vibe isn't stronger.  Good review, though!

How flexible would you say it is?  A little? A lot?  Bendier than Mr. Fantastic?

It's not super-flexible.  The AA batteries load one on top of the other, so you're talking about a lot of plastic in the shaft.  It's pretty stiff for, oh, about 3/4 of the length, with some give at the head (the last inch or two).  If you're looking for a flexible vibrator, I wouldn't recommend this one....

  • Quality/Jelly Material
    • Ok first off i want to say i love this vibrator. The head is personally my favorite part. Watching it pop in and back out is always hot. This is one of the most comfortable toys ive used every. Head is very flexible and vibrations are intense at max setting. I recommend this to anyone. However, my question is for people out there, Jelly material has a low safety rating, everytime i use it, i was it in warm soapy water and rinse off before actually using it. Then when im done using it, i also again wash it in warm soapy water. Do i really have anything to worry about as far as bacteria etc? Since the material safety is low.

The problem with Jelly is not only bacterias, it is the material components what makes it not safe for the body.

Jelly have phthalates, you can search that to get more information. Silicone is the only flexible material that you can use without worry about.
    • You can't safely share jelly, or use it anally. And in my experience jelly toys don't last long. I have never had an issue using jelly toys, but I don't buy them anymore because I've found they just don't last. I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about, unless your body is sensitive to the material. But, that's just me, and keep in mind I don't use them. :)
