PicoBong Ipo - finger vibrator by PicoBong - review by ~LaUr3n~

Ipo is a cute little finger vibrator from the new PicoBong line made by none other than LELO. This new line has sleek and innovative designs that are made of high quality materials at much more affordable prices than LELO's regular high end product lines. Did you know that they have a 24k gold male plug and cuff link set? They do! So, you are getting the quality craftsmanship and hygienic materials of LELO.

Ipo is bullet sized and has a finger loop so it is easy to maneuver solo or with a partner. For running on a single AAA battery, it's pretty powerful but won't appease those who need really strong vibes. For those who like vibration modes, it has plenty of them! In total Ipo has 12 different settings of very quiet vibration. It is great for travel and is even waterproof!

Ipo is made from very fine silicone. It reminds me of the silicone of the Curvy Toy Friend I have. It's very silky and smooth and has absolutely no drag! This is even better than some LELO toys that cost twice as much! What it does lack is plushness. This silicone coating is very firm and only have give to my fingernail. It is a food grade material that is free of latex, phthalates, and other chemicals. It is also non-porous making it extremely safe for the body. The battery cap is made of smooth ABS plastic. The toy has not smell or taste. It has no drag and doesn't collect any lint or hair.

It comes in three colors: hot pink, lavender, and black. I chose the hot pink, which I love! It is very vibrant.

Ipo is a about the size of a regular bullet, but the shape is more oblong. It reminds me of a submarine! The total length is 3 1/4" long. The thickest part is about the middle at 1 1/8". On the side is the indented words Pico Bong. Above it is the finger loop which sticks out another 3/4". It is flexible but not very stretchy. It's barely 3/4" of inner diameter. It fits my pointer finger but has to be pushed on. It's not very comfortable to wear on larger fingers because it is too tight. It would be nice if the inside of the loop was indented on the toy so it was perfectly round. Fingers would fit a lot better that way. There is 2 5/8" of silicone bullet length to use for surface area. This toy is not meant to be inserted. It can only be inserted 1 3/8" anyway. The end screws off so the single AAA can be inserted.

In the indented lettering, the P has a - sign in it, and the B has a + sign. These are the power controls.

This toy is very discreet because of its size and ease of storage. It doesn't stand out much, especially if you get black.

There are 12 modes to the Ipo! To turn it on press the + sign. The vibrations start off as whisper quiet. My partner sitting a few feet from me can't hear it. The vibrations are low, rumbly, and can be felt throughout the entire silicone part of the bullet. As you hold the + sign down the vibrations steadily increase to a level that is slightly above average (compared to all other vibrators I have tried). At the highest steady speed, the noise level is very quiet and can't be heard through a door.

Once at the highest steady speed, holding the + button again for a few seconds will switch to the patterned modes.

6. Longer pulses that start off as low and slowly increase to high

Holding the - will return it to the steady speeds. Then you have to hold it again to turn it off.

This toy is waterproof and is a great shower or tub companion!

I love that the noise level is so quiet! The vibrations are very powerful for being only 1 AAA battery, but are probably not strong enough for women who are used to a lot of power or need it. They are plenty strong for me, though. However, I do need the power turned up at least 2/3 of the way. The lower power levels are really great for teasing and build up.

Ipo is very easy to care for. Because it has plastic, it can't be sterilized by boiling but you can use a toy cleaner, wipe, or use a washcloth and hot water. Pay close attention to the indented letters. Lubricant and juices can get trapped in there. Using a soft bristled brush works well.

Do not use silicone lubricant on Ipo. Use a water based one. Silicone can ruin the material.

Remove the battery before storing. It can be stored pretty much anywhere. It is great for travel.

The packaging is very cheap. I'm sure that one of the reasons, they were able to make price cuts is because of this. The packaging is made of thin cardboard and rectangular. The front has a clear panel showing the toy and the little die it comes with. The black die has a picture of each of the current PicoBong toys on it. The packaging is flimsy and most of it falls apart the first time you take the toy out it, so it isn't great for storage at all. It does come with user instructions.

Ipo is decent enough for me, but might not be enough for women who need strong power. My partner and I enjoy using this on each other but find that the buttons are sometimes hard to find and distinguish between. My partner also thinks the finger hole is too tight. We usually use this without placing our finger through the hole. He likes the vibration under his balls and on his inner thighs. For me, I don't prefer the oblong shape because it makes it easier to lose my clit. So, this is not my favorite clit vibrator by any means, but it is a nice one! I especially like the silicone and the whisper quiet vibrations.
