Ora 2 - clitoral stimulator by LELO - review by BlushingTenshi

As soon as Ora 2 came out, I nabbed it. With much excitement, I unboxed it and wasted no time in readying myself to try it out. It was a bit of an adjustment at first, being that I'd never experienced anything like it before (such as oral, thus why I had wanted to try it out). After giving it a few minutes, I found the smooth quality silicone that I've come to expect and appreciate from Lelo to be a very nice sensual touch. Ora 2 is definitely a one toy show. Ora 2 not only offers lovely stimulation for the clit, but I tried it in other areas as well. One of my favorite ways to play with it was to use my Siri as a clit stimulator while Ora 2 goes to town on my entrance.

As great as that all is, I've also found great disappointment as well. Ora 2 is quality made, like previous Lelo products, but has some definite flaws. The faux-gold plastic is...tacky, and though it does work in water, positioning is so particular that that doesn't matter. Whenever I position Ora 2 a certain way (and I can never tell which way is going to set it off), it clicks and snaps at me a little. Trust that I was very surprised when in the midst of tending to myself I feel a sudden and near painful flick to my clit.

This is the exact reason I don't use Ora 2 except as a last ditch option. Even when positioning Ora 2 in different spots, even after trying to be careful and gentle with pressure, every time I found a particularly good spot it would snap at me. It's become very frustrating very quickly, and sexual frustration is definitely not something you get a sex toy for.

Now since having had my fair share of oral in recent times, I have to say Ora 2 does not compare. It can hardly compare to my Siri vibrators!

Ora 2 is sooo smooth, a lovely silicone covering the motors etc. I love the silicone used by Lelo. However, the faux-gold plastic on the inner ring is rather tacky and pointless. I don't mind the color combination, it's just that it makes it feel cheaper with the weight of the plastic.

It looks lovely, a nice color combination, smooth black, and oval-type design. It is one of the more discreet toys too. However, the grip isn't the best, and though I wouldn't say it's terrible for beginners, it's not that great either.

The best thing about Ora 2 is the waterproof feature and the soft silicone as well as strong multi-patterned vibrations. This, however, falls short when it's hard to position just right and has that nasty habit I mentioned above of snapping on your delicate bits. It's also no contender for actual oral and doesn't do that well of a job at pretending. It feels closer to rubbing a gloved finger over yourself that just happens to vibrate.

It comes with a nice little black satin carrier bag to discreetly and easily store away after use. Being waterproof, it is also fairly easy to clean with hot water. I wouldn't boil it, but wipe it off with hot water.
