Powerful, massive, and intense would be the words I would use to describe this toy. I would not recommend it for those who can not handle a high intense vibration. I could not even use the highest control speed its just a little to intense but when I keep it at a low speed the results are amazing! I did not have to use a "back-up" this toy can get the job done all own its own! Its also very easy to clean and carry with you when you go on trips. I love the fact that it you can be in control of the speed of the vibration. But because it has such an extremely high vibration it makes it very loud. So it took a lot of time to focus and reach climax. So you would not want to use this toy when trying to "get away from it all"!
