Thrusting orgasm bunny - rabbit vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by Breas

The Thrusting Orgasm Bunny by Cal Exotics is available in pink or black. I received the black one. The toy is packaged in a rectangular cardboard packaging. The front of the box has a photo of the toy and states the product name, a few product features, and the company name. The back of the box states even more features of the product as well as the product registration website. The packaging is not discreet. It could be used to store the toy or it can be recycled.



The shaft and clitoral arm is made of TPR, which is clear in colour. The beads and base of the toy is ABS (plastic). There is no scent or taste to the toy. The TPR is extremely squishy and flexible. I can flex the head of the shaft any which way and I can also pull the material away from the beaded area. The clitoral arm is also flexible. The arm can be bent completely backwards so that the back of the arm touches the control panel. The material does have drag to it but it can easily be remedied with a bit of water based or silicone based lubricant.



The head of the toy is pronounced with a couple of ribs beneath it. There are two rows of beads beneath the head of the toy. Each row has 6 beads in it. These rows of beads go all the way around the shaft and measure 1 inch in length. The beads rotate when the toy is on. Beneath the beads is what I would consider to be very pronounced ribs. You’ll be able to see what I’m talking about in the photos below. This area allows for the thrusting of the shaft.

The total insertable length of the toy is 5 3/8 inches and goes up to just under 6 inches when fully thrusted. The circumference of the shaft varies from 4- 5 ¼ inches. The circumference is the largest at the very bottom of the insertable portion of the toy. The total length of the toy is just over 11 inches. There is a seam line that runs up and down the shaft and clitoral arm. I didn’t notice the seam when using the toy but I’m also not seam-sensitive.



The clitoral arm is in the shape of a rabbit. The arm is approximately 2 ½ inches in length, with the bunny ears making up 1 1/8 of an inch of that. Each ear is approximately 3/8 of an inch in widtht. The rabbit does have a face on it but it’s quite subtle in appearance. The lower half of the TPR material has a few flower patterns on it.

The toy requires 3x AA batteries, which are not included. The battery compartment is at the very bottom of the base of the toy. The bottom twists off to access the compartment. It’s very easy to both open and close the twist-off lid. There is a black casing that will slide out of the compartment that you put the batteries into.



There is a black O-ring around the compartment to ensure that no water gets in if you’re using the toy in the bath, shower, or wherever there is water since the toy is waterproof. Just be sure to close the twist-lid tightly before bringing the toy into the water. I submerged the toy in water and it works perfectly.

The control panel is located at the front of the base. There are 6 buttons in total. At the very top, you have a circular button that says, “on/off”. Then there are 2 arrow buttons on the left and right hand side- one upward (^) and one downward (v) button. In the centre of the right and left hand side arrows, you have a button with the letter “F” on it.



To turn the toy on, just click that “on/off” button once. A bright red light will light up right above the button. At this point, nothing is vibrating or moving. The arrows on the left hand side control the speed of the shaft- so the thrusting, rotating beads, and rotating head. The arrows on the right hand side control the speed of the clitoral arm.

Both clitoral arm and shaft have 8 speeds each, which are controlled with the arrows. It’s nice that the user is able to control both shaft and clitoral arm separately. The “F” button at the centre of the arrows controls the functions. The packaging states that there are 3 different functions but I can only differentiate the two. You can use the function button when the shaft, clitoral arm, or both is on.

When you press the “F” button, you’ll be met with a medium pulse to the clitoral arm. This function makes the shaft rotation go clockwise and counter clockwise at a medium speed. This function also “escalates” the shaft thrusting. So basically the shaft will thrust just a little bit at first, and continue to thrust a bit more in length as it pulses.

The second function is a quicker pulse to the clitoral arm and quicker changes in direction to the shaft rotation. I did not notice any escalation with the thrusting on the second function. As I had mentioned, the packaging states there is 3 different functions but I’ve watched and listened to the toy for a good half an hour and can’t seem to find the third option. If there is a third, I can’t seem to figure out what it is.

The rotating beads will stop if you clench your muscles, even on the highest speed. The clitoral arm was disappointing. The vibrations are buzzy and I find them weak even on the highest speed. I am a power queen though so I need freaky amounts of power. On the highest setting, the clitoral arm is probably only a 3 out of 5 vroom level.

Another thing that I found odd about the clitoral arm was how it sat against my body when the shaft was inserted. Typically when a clitoral arm has ears, the ears will sit against the clitoris. The rabbit to this toy didn’t sit like that on me. The rabbits face was what sat against the top of my clit. The ears were too long.

The noise level of the Thrusting Orgasm Bunny is just scary. On the fifth setting for the clitoral arm, the noise can be heard through a closed door. The shaft is even noisier. The shaft is loud even on the very first speed setting, getting louder as you increase. The shaft noises can be heard through closed doors and from beneath the covers. This is not a toy you’d want to use if anyone else were home. Another thing to note is that you shouldn’t press the buttons with your fingernails. I ended up leaving dents in the buttons, which you can see below.



The toy can be cleaned with warm water and a mild soap, toy wipes, or a toy cleaning spray. The material attracts lint, dust, and pet hair like crazy. You’ll want to clean the toy both before and after each use. Also, the material cannot be sterilized so if you plan on sharing the toy, it should be covered with a condom every single time.

I’ve deducted three stars from the rating because it’s freakishly loud, the material could be better, the price is too high, I can’t figure out where the third function is, and it’s not strong enough.
