So… what to say about the Venus Penis? Mostly good things, my only complaint being that it is made out of jelly. Still, the construction seems sturdy, with the power cord running deep into the toy and the holes for the straps not being flimsy like many other wearable vibes. Be forewarned—the Venus Penis is a mess of straps and cords, with a power cord, battery pack/controller, leg straps and a waist strap. Still, once you manage to sort it all out, you are in for an enjoyable experience!
The straps fit the vibrator snugly and securely, but not tightly, to my bigger-girl body and were quite comfortable once I figured them out. The butterfly’s wings rest on and stimulate the labia. There is a small and subtle ridge with two nubs to stimulate the clitoris, and a longer protrusion on the back end to stimulate the end of the vagina or the perineum. In addition, there is a very small phallus on the top of the vibe for insertion. I initially had some difficulty getting the back nub to come in contact with anything at all, but a little bit of adjustment and I was ready to go. I loaded up the 2 AA batteries and turned it on with the simple dial controller.
The vibrations of the Venus Penis run from very mild to moderately strong—I could definitely wish for a little more power in the bullet. However, on the plus side, this vibe is practically silent. The clit and posterior stimulators both do an excellent job, however, as do the butterfly wings, for all-over genital stimulation. The insertable “penis” is very small, as previously mentioned, and does not stimulate much beyond the vaginal opening; still, that sensation alone adds to the total package, and I was able to get off easily 2 times, even with the less-than-powerful motor.

This toy is not quick and not powerful, but it produces some of the most intense orgasms I've ever experienced. The tiny penis is just right for the opening of your vagina on which to contract, and I didn't miss the feeling of "fullness" at all. Definitely a step above your average wearable vibe!

This sounds like it would be great for anal sex. Would you recommend this for use during anal sex? What about oral sex? Although there's a nub in the way, it seems like it would be be nice to be able to lick someone's clit while they were being stimulated elsewhere by something the licker didn't have to hold.
It might work well for anal sex except the penis really is VERY small and I don't know if the straps would hold it adequately in place, especially with the contouring on the toy. I just don't think it would stay in very well anally, and it's made of jelly material.
As for oral sex, that would depend, I think, entirely on the anatomy of that particular woman. The clit stimulator is not that large, so it definitely might be fun to at least play around with! :)
I could see this as being a great tease... Going out, although of course I just realized that it isn't wireless. That would have made it amazing. I can picture the uses!
