We originally got this product for her to use and him to try. The stong vibration and pulsation options turned her off to it. She's much more inclined to have a slider, rather than particular settings and is not a fan of the pulsation options. However, he has found the bullets to be quite useful for foreplay, sex/masturbation supplementation, or just straightforward masturbation, when applied to the head and shaft.

The toy's 3 pulsation settings are best used for vaginal stimulation or the head or shaft of the penis, whereas the 2 vibration settings are best for the head or clitoris.

While this toy is not very discreet, its upper settings are quite strong and its long cords and twin bullets with shared control make it ideal for dual experimentation, either on yourself or with a partner.

Advisory Notes:

Anal stimulation has been warned against in other reviews. Due to the construction, pulling too hard against the wires can cause them to become dislodged from the bullets and become dysfunctional or no longer water resistant. Careful use or incorporation inside an appropriate toy would probably be fine as long as you don't pull on the wires.

The material is a hard, medium-weight plastic which is pretty resilient. It has no odor. It tends to stay room temperature and it doesn't seem like it transmits heat well, so warming or cooling the bullets is probably not an option. There is a shiny coating over the plastic, this coating gives a smooth feel and a shiny, "spacey" look (or so the packaging/branding would indicate). This is a good time to mention that the packaging for this product is amazingly goofy, right out of the '80s.

The design of the bullets is pretty traditional, they're a little wider than many, but not very much bigger than the average bullet.

The controller is a moderately sized, but still pocketable or stowe-able in a garment. The notched slider has off and 5 settings. The connecting wires are quite long (2-3 ft I'd estimate?) and come together as one wire almost all the way to the bullets, but can be split as far back as you like.

The controller has a small red light, which lights up whenever the toy is vibrating (blinking slowly, to rapidly in settings 1-3 and solid in settings 4 or 5). Some have mentioned this as a little annoying. I personally find the visual stimulus an inviting reminder of the toy's physical stimulus for yourself or a partner and the light is not so bright that it will light up a dark room or show through anything but thin sheets or clothing layers.

As previously mentioned, the dual bullets sharing the one control lends itself to play with a partner, dual penetration or dual nipple stimulation. The two somewhat hollow bullets can also have a sort of ben-wa-ball-effect if they vibrate off of one another, which gives more interesting potential.

This product is rated 4/5 vrooms, but I would surmise that's an average of its range, which I'd peg at 3-5 vrooms. I guess it can't really match some of the larger vibrators, but the top end of it's range is the most powerful egg/bullet I've ever seen/felt.

The first 3 settings are pulsation, the last two are vibration. The control is a slider that clicks into each setting, so if you want to change in a non-linear fashion you'll do well to remember what's where. That said, you can pretty easily transition between any setting any any other without skipping a beat, assuming you know where you want to go.

The first 3 settings vary more in frequency and duration of the vibration than in strength (though there is some noticeable difference). The 4th setting is a mild but consistent vibration, good for holding the level you're at for a slow steady build, in contrast to the pulsation. Finally the 5th setting is that strong, constant, all out vibration that are the eggs doing their best, and quite admirable, job of rocking your world.

This vibrator is not discreet. It's pretty loud, but can be successfully muffled with enough pillows, covers and/or a thick door. 3-4 bees seems pretty appropriate here.

The device runs on a single 9 volt battery. One is included in the packaging and will last you for a pretty decent duration of use. You'll notice when the battery is on its last legs as the vibrator will lose a little oomph, which still leaves it with plenty to close the deal at higher settings.

If not properly maintained, the coating may begin to chip/wear off around edges, but this only happened to us after about 2 years of mediocre maintenance. As with any toys, just remember to clean up after every use, even if it's just a rinse/wipe at the time and proper cleaning later. It will help keep the toy in good condition. Note that this toy is not waterproof. However, in my experience they have been fairly water resistant, just don't push it.

As stated above, there have been some warnings about tugging on the wires too hard potentially causing damage, but to my experience the whole toy is pretty durable. I wouldn't be too worried about it, just be aware before you do anything extreme.

The packaging is pretty tacky, even humorous I would say. Includes one 9 volt battery for the toy.
