I bought this dildo to fit into my harness because it had a good flange and didn't look like a bio-cock. I'm sure it would work well as hand-held, I just haven't tried it. I use it to peg my partner. They advertise the upturned head and firm core are really good for prostate stimulation, but my partner says it doesn't do much for him in that department. There's also an insertable vibrating bullet in the base, place such that not only can your partner feel it inside him but you can also feel it against your clit.

The dildo itself is made entirely from silicone, so no worries about latex allergies. The inner core is stiffer than the outer layers, meaning that it feels soft to the touch but doesn't flop around limply. Due to the softness of the exterior, the surface is moderately tacky to the touch and can pick up lint easily between uses. However, once you lube it up (natural or otherwise), it's super smooth. Because it's made from silicone, there's no taste and barely any odor from the material itself. However, the silicone does pick up strong odors (i.e. ass and pussy) even when covered with a condom during use. After washing with hot water and soap for 60 seconds (three times the time required for sanitation by the CDC), the dildo still retains the scent pretty strongly. But, if you let it air out (not in a plastic bag) for a couple of days, the smell is gone.

The large flange is incredibly useful for me so that I don't have to worry about it slipping through the o-ring of the harness during anal sex. Unlike the vagina where things can't really get lost, toys that slip into the colon are extremely difficult to retrieve and often require a visit to the emergency room.

The upturned head hasn't done much for me or my partner, but apparently, it was designed for g-spot and p-spot stimulation. Just because it doesn't work for us doesn't mean that it won't work for anyone else.

The widening width of the shaft is challenging especially for anal play. The 1.5-inch diameter can be a lot to take in repeated thrusts for beginners or occasional users. The bullet has a single button on the base to turn on and off. Click on, click off. It's a single speed bicycle. The vibration is moderately strong, but not a motorcycle (it can be really nice to good buzz going on that builds slowly and doesn't feel overpowering). It definitely cannot be heard through a door and is barely audible when inside the dildo and the dildo is inside someone.

When it is inserted in the base of the dildo, you can feel the vibrations all of the way out in the tip, but they're mild. The most intense are when thrust up to the hilt around the base or from the open end of the dildo itself where you can rub up against the other end of the bullet.

The dildo without the bullet is waterproof because it's 100% silicone, but I'm not sure about the bullet. I can't find any reliable information on it and the screw off top where the battery inserts seems a bit too loose to keep water out if submerged.

The toy is easy to clean with warm water and mild soap, just be careful of submerging the vibrating bullet. Due to its porous nature and tendency to trap smells, let it air out for a day or two between uses if the residual scents after use are unpleasant or turn you off. Keep it from contacting other toys when not in use as materials may interact and damage the toys. Make sure you do not use oil-based lubes or silicone-based lubes on this toy. They'll both damage the dildo. I highly recommend water-based lubes even though you'll need to reapply because they don't last as long as oil- or silicone-based ones.
