Beaver shot - discreet vibrator by Evolved Novelties - review by Ashley

The first thing I noticed about the Beaver shot was the package it came in. When I requested to review this product, I was honestly expecting that I'd get just one lone discreet vibrator called the Beaver shot. When I got the package, it was a shotgun shell type of small box and I was surprised to find that there are eleven of them in the package. But I am not complaining. The way I look at it, if one of them breaks or dies for whatever reason, you still have plenty more!

The multiple vibes definitely provide interesting play ideas. Maybe sticking two of them down near my clit and labia and allowing them to vibrate that area. While it feels amazing, the sound of two of them so near each other is not very attractive, and plus it feels a little bit too intense for me. Having one of the vibes at or around my clit and near my labia and one or two in my bra stimulating my nipples felt great. But overall, I had a fairly intense orgasm from the vibe when it stimulated my clit. The downside to having eleven? At one point while writing this review, I put a vibe (that had a battery inside) back with the other vibes, and I had to then find the vibe with the battery inside. While I found it after trial and error, it was hard because they are all the same color and they are not much heavier with a battery inside.

The previous reviewer DeliciousSurprise had different issues with the product. Apparently hers came in a plastic bag, whereas mine came in a box of multiple vibes.

I gave this product three bees because for me it sounds really loud close up. However, when I stuck the product under a pillow and left my bedroom with the door closed, I was unable to hear it while standing outside the door with a television on in the living room (not far from my own bedroom). I was relieved by this. With the vrooms, I was a bit unsure how to rate it. I thought the vibrations were very intense and they were amazing while in use, so it’d be about a four or five vrooms. Given that the previous reviewer said four vrooms, I decided to go with 4 vrooms as well. Plus, that was at the highest setting, and you can change the setting at your leisure (but it’s not like low, medium, high, and highest or anything like that; it is very gradual). On the top of the casing, it simply has in very small and hard to see words “low --> high”. You have to look very closely to see what’s written, and I wear glasses!

The product is fairly easy to clean. You can wipe it clean with a towel, use soap or water, or a traditional toy cleaner. The product is waterproof so it probably won’t die unless you get water in the shell, and it is plastic so that’s just as good.

I don’t really have any comments about the ribbed areas of the vibe. I like how they feel and the previous reviewer made a comment about how they make penetration uncomfortable. I completely agree. The plastic is too hard for me to feel comfortable having that inside me at this time.

My biggest complaint about the product is this: the product uses triple A (AAA) batteries. I’m used to using double A (AA) batteries. The first time I used it, I had to remove a battery from my calculator that used those batteries so I could try it out. I didn’t have any on hand at the time. However, now I have a package of them and I’m happy. Plus, I can’t really fault them, it did say on the website that they were and if I did not read, that is my fault. I suppose using the AAA batteries makes the product smaller, thus making it more discreet.

Overall, I think this is a great product.
