This small treat is obviously not meant for any type of penetration. That leaves the MiMi free to roam all of your external areas, and what a fantastic job she does! I use this for an all over tingly massage, my nipples, and of course my clit. This toy is not threatening at all. It is very small and easy to hide, which is why I highly suggest this to anyone. Beginners, intermediate, and even advanced toy users will find that MiMi is a delightful partner in the bedroom. I use this toy for solo and couples play. It is so easy to slip between our bodies, and it is even easier to use while masturbating. It nestles right in the palm of the hand. Does it get any better than that?

This is yet another great silicone product. That means there is no smell or taste with the MiMi. The silicone has a very nice drag when applied to the skin, and feels unbelievably soft. However, if you need lube, use a lube that is water based only. Silicone lube could damage the lovely silicone of your MiMi. Silicone is a nonporous material, which means this toy can be disinfected. I simply clean with warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. The words "Je Joue" is written across the silicone, or fascia ( they like to call it that a lot in the instruction manual ). This, in my opinion, is way too small to be felt when dragged across the skin. If your are extremely ( and I do mean extremely ) sensitive about texture, you might be able to feel it.

Je Joue had a flash of brilliance when it came to designing MiMi. I have small hands, and it nestles right into the palm of my hand. It is just so sleek and cute. To me, MiMi looks like a fancy bar of soap or one of those massaging stones. I often leave her in my soap dish on my sink to dry overnight. No one has figured it out yet. So yes, MiMi is extremely discreet. She is 3 1/4" long, and has a diameter of 2". As said before, this toy is meant for external use only. I would not feel safe inserting this in any part of my body.

The vibes in the MiMi are located at the tip. Because of the small size, the vibes can be felt all throughout the toy as well. For her size, MiMi is quite powerful. There are 10 functions that are controlled by a plus ( + ) and a minus ( - ) button. To turn on your MiMi, simply hold down the plus button for a couple of seconds. To turn her off, hold the minus button down for a few seconds. Of course to scroll up the vibes, press the plus button. If you want to go back down to a more lighter vibe level, press the minus button. It is that simple. I promise. The buttons are small and can be hard to press at times. You have been warned.
There are 5 vibe levels and 5 patterns. All levels are very, very quite.
1-5. Steady increase of vibration ( low, low/medium, medium, medium/high, high )
6. Long and strong pulsations
7. Shorter, but still strong, pulsations
8. Roller coaster
9. Faster roller coaster ( with an intensity ranging from low to medium )
10. Another rapid roller coaster ( with an intensity ranging from medium to high )

The instruction booklet said that, when charging, the MiMi and the charger could become hot. I have only ever felt it get a little warm. I don't have any fear that my MiMi is going to overheat. The charger is one of my favorite parts of the MiMi. The charging end has two silver magnets that hook onto the plus and minus buttons. Those magnets are pretty strong too. When charging, the MiMi will flash a red light. The red light almost looks like a little heart to me. When done charging, the red light will stay on.
Another yet amazing thing about the MiMi? It is completely waterproof. I have taken MiMi into the shower with me on numerous occasions. I have taken long baths with her, where she has been completely underwater, and she is still going strong.

This toy is very low maintenance. I clean her with warm water and soap or toy cleaner. I let her air dry for about 30 minutes to an hour, and then she goes back in my Je Joue storage box. The reason I let her air dry is because I want to make sure all of the water is out of the control panel area before I have to recharge it.
I don't want to be electrocuted. No thank you. Silicone toys are well known for not playing nicely with other silicone toys or silicone lubes. If lube is needed, use a water based lube only. When storing, keep MiMi away from other silicone toys.

Je Joue has nailed the packaging right on the head. The MiMi comes in a very sturdy black cardboard box. There are matching black ribbons to tie the box closed. The black box comes encased in a thin purple slipcover. The cover has the name of the product and a picture. I did not find any useful information on the cover, so I recycled mine. Inside the black case are your MiMi, the instructions manual, and the charger. The instructions and charger are underneath the MiMi's plastic tray. This box is absolutely ideal for storage and travel. Only the name Je Joue is on the outside of your black case. Very discreet and classy. Just tie that sucker up, pack it, and you are good to go!

The instructions, in my opinion, are very detailed. It comes in 5 different languages. Most of the instructions were basic things that I already knew. However, there were a few things that caught my attention. For example, plug your MiMi up to the charger before plugging it into the wall. I probably would have done the exact opposite. Now I know not to. Thanks Je Joue! They also inform you that when you purchase the MiMi, they give you a one year warranty. The warranty starts on the day your purchase MiMi. If MiMi fails within that one year period, Je Joue will either repair your MiMi, or replace it free of charge. I really liked this added bonus.

This toy did not come to me charged. I was a little surprised, because I had read previous reviews saying the she did. Oh well. It didn't matter that much to me. The first charge took about two hours. I have used this toy to death, and finally, I had to recharge it last night. It took one and a half hours to recharge. I am amazed at how long MiMi kept her charge. Simply impressed.

This was my first rechargeable toy. Boy am I glad I chose the MiMi! She was less expensive than other rechargeable toys, she was waterproof, and she was so easy to use when having sex with my husband. The first time I used her, I had a huge orgasm within 30 seconds. That has never happened to me before. MiMi is just right.
