California Exotics produced a very pretty and promising product in the Bliss, which comes from their Couture Collection line. Wireless, rechargeable and waterproof, Bliss offers everything that a sex toy lover would want. However, it doesn't quite deliver on the strong vibrations it promises, so you may be left wanting more!

I hadn't considered the remote needing a battery, for some odd reason. sorry this one disappointed you, for such a price tag, i'd expect it to be stellar

I'm really conflicted about this one. Until the Bliss there has never been an even half way decent remote egg (besides the Bnaughty Unleashed) that was even worth considering. The Unleashed got such horrible reviews for eating up batteries so I thought this one might actually be able to succeed where it hadn't.

Some reviews on the Bliss say it's amazing. Others say it is totally medicore. And others (like this one) say it sucks. It sounds like the quality control on the production line isn't consistent and that some of these are better than others.

I'm sad you didn't like it as much. I wouldn't say the Bliss is perfect, but compared to the competitors, it's actually one of the better ones out there.

    • Does anyone know if the material is smooth or collects lint? Does the color wear off over time?
    • It is listed as "PU coated plastic", which will probably not collect lint the same was some silicone does. The color -may- wear off over time if the toy was not made from solid oink plastic all the way through.
    • Its not a lint collector and its finish won't wear off. It has a smooth, hard finish.

      How do you know when the Bliss is fully charged?
    • The red light that lights up on the bullet will turn green. It won't be an obvious green, but if you look closely, you'll see it.

      As Annemarie said, there is a light near the retrieval string that turns red (i have the blue bliss and the green shows up nicely) when you need to charge it, and it turns green once its fully charged :)

    • I'm wondering if anyone has used this Couture Bliss-egg yet??

      It looks like nothing short of wonderful and for the price, I believe it must be true. I think it will most likely be my next purchase, but I'd really love to hear some feedback from any of you who have actually tried it out already.

    • There are lots of reviews on the product page and even a few video reviews.
    • I like mine quite a bit but some folks have had issues with it not working well when inserted. I'd say read the reviews carefully but, overall, for me it's a win!

      Hello there! Thank you for your question! Unfortunately this remote control is not waterproof. But you can use it in a waterproof plastic bag - it will work perfectly. The egg itself is 100% waterproof. If you have more questions please let us know.

      Assuming the battery in the remote is not dead, maybe it needs further charging? I've not had this problem, but that's where I'd start, to try to solve the problem.

      Replaced the battery in remote and had the egg on charger for last day or two... It lights up in the charger..
      I know that you are supposed to hold down the on button on the egg for about 6 sec to start it up, but this also doesn't seem to be working.
      Hoping somebody might still have the directions to verify start up.
