I believe that because of the petite size and flexible shaft, this vibrator is best for beginners and couples. This vibrator is anything but intimidating. As a beginner, the size was perfect. It did not make me sore or feel too tight. It actually even left me wanting a little more length, which was a huge tease and made me even more aroused. It feels amazing on nipples, the clit, and felt pretty good being inserted as well. However, personally I think I will continue to use this toy only for couple play. Because it is small and flexible I was easily able to use it while my boyfriend and I had sex. The high-pitch vibrations do not get me off easily in solo play, but the provide just enough clitorial stimulation to make me climax much easier during intercourse, which I really enjoyed! However, I definitely do not recommend this toy for anal penetration because there is no flared base, but it might be alright for teasing that area.

This toy is made from TPR. It can not be disinfected with boiling water, but can be easily cleaned with soap and water or toy cleaner. Make sure you clean it thoroughly, though, because TPR is porous and can harbor bacteria. Also, if you choose to share this toy, you should definitely use a condom. I absolutely love the material this toy is made of! It is soft to the touch, almost velvety, and very flexible.. Plus, it is phthalates free. There is a slight smell, but it is not noticeable unless you stick your nose straight up against the toy, and even then it is not really an unpleasant smell. I liked the design of this toy. It reminded me of the shape of a penis, without being a total copy of genitalia. It is shaped more like a "feminine" and fashionable penis. The Wonder Vibe 1 has multiple speeds, but they are pretty unreliable as it is controlled by a twist dial that does not click into place. Very slowly turning the knob that controls the device generates sounds akin to that of revving up a sports car. It starts to accelerate, and then slows down. Sometimes the vibrations get stronger and sometimes weaker, until you get to the end of where the know will turn and the vibrations JUMP to a very strong level. Personally, the inaccuracy of the dial was not a huge issue because I tended to use the vibrator on the lowest setting and then the highest, just skipping the in between. However, It was really hard to turn that dial in the heat of the moment. I kept grabbing the entire bottom portion and trying to rotate, while the dial is actually only located at the very end of the toy. I found that, especially with lube on my hands, it was very hard to grab a hold of and turn, which was extremely annoying.

The vibrations are located in the head of the shaft, which makes it very powerful for clitorial stimulation. However, the vibrations are very high-pitched and people who enjoy "low, throbbing" vibrations might just feel like it leaves them numb. However, for such high-pitched vibrations they are pretty quiet. My sister could not hear it when I was holding it tightly in my hand while the TV was on, even though she was in the same room with me. It definitely will not be heard from the next room, even through pretty thin walls.

The material in this toy is safe to use with both water and silicone based lubricants, although personally I just always use water based. I clean it with just warm water and a mild soap. The toy does claim to be waterproof, but the battery compartment comes off very easily and is extremely hard to screw on completely, so I do not submerge this toy in water during cleaning. It is very easy to reach every inch of this toy. Only the ridges take a little extra work to clean, but it is definitely not a hassle. After cleaning, I simply store it in its original packaging. Nice and easy!

This toy came in simple, plastic packaging that I continue to use as storage. There were no naked people on it, or any people at all for that matter. Simply the name of the product and a bit of useful information about it (batteries, length, phthalates free, waterproof, etc.) Nothing exciting, but a nice package that makes very easy storage.
