You don't know Jack!

This toy is a great simple, yet mutually complex toy that has 3 different speeds and vibration intensities. It's a great toy for a beginner or a long time toy users to go to when they want something a little simpler.

Pros:
strong bearings, strong vibrations.
Cons:
poor packaging, "unsafe" material

Use

The best use for this dual stimulator is...dual stimulation. There is a shaft for insertion and a little bunny rabbit for clitoral stimulation. This toy will work well for beginners and new comers in toy land. It is a bit on the larger side, but I wouldn't call it LARGE, so it should work for just about anyone. This toy is great for solo and could be fun to use with a partner.

Material / Texture

The jack rabbit is made of jelly. It has a slight odor at first but it was gone after one wash. Jelly is extra squishy feeling. In the center of the toy, where the bearings are, it is easy to put enough pressure on them to touch the bearings, so there is no fear that you won't feel them! It doesn't really have a taste either, for the record.
    • Flexible
    • Light odor
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

I'll go through the usual information, like the size of the toy, first. It is 10 inches from the base to the tip with 5 inches insertable. It's 1 5/8 inches in diameter and has a cute little bunny for clitoral stimulation. There are bearings inside the toy near the middle that spin around. It is shaped with the general idea of a penis, with the shaft and a head at the top. It's not exactly a discreet toy because of the shape and size.

Functions / Performance / Controls

I don't hate the controls on this one. They aren't the easiest to control without looking but they are easy to use when you are! There are two sets of up and down arrows and a button in the middle to control the direction that the bearings spin. Above each set of arrows are 3 lights to indicate the speed of the vibrations and the spinning. There aren't any patterns or anything, just 3 speeds of each. Pushing the arrow down all the way turns it off. This toy IS waterproof, hence the name, so that's good. I liked the toy, and the "motor" that controls the bearings is strong enough to keep them going even with the contractions of an orgasm. The vibrations and speed range greatly from the first dull, slow speed to the last strong, fast speed. I asked my roommate and she said you can't hear it through a closed door!
    • Discreet sound
    • Easy to use
    • Multiple settings

Care and Maintenance

Unlike silicone, it cannot be sterilized, by boiling and such. If you plan on sharing, make sure you use a condom. You can clean it using mild soap and warm water. Don't use a strong soap and make sure you store it in a cool dark place. You can use silicone or water based lubes. This material is unfortunately only a 2 on the safety meter.

Packaging

This toy came in a simple plastic bag. I wouldn't suggest storing it in it's original packaging because it's not very protective. I can't say it's discreet either, since it's see through and it should probably be put in another container if you're giving it as a gift. There were no instructions either.
    • Minimal
    • Not discreet
Follow-up commentary
I didn't use this toy very often, but when I finally went back to it, it didn't work! The bearings would only spin at one speed, then shut off. I tried changing the battery but it didn't help!

"Much like silicone, it cannot be sterilized, by boiling and such" Jelly cannot be boiled, silicone can be.

The blue one is pretty. I am not a huge fan of jelly though. Tends to irritate me.

  • Materials?
    • Is the material of this vibrator good quality?
    • If you look down on the left side of the product page where it says:

      Material / Texture

      Material: Jelly

You can click on "Jelly" and it will take you to an article that tells you all about the properties of jelly. link

I personally do not like jelly toys because they are too porous and there is a chance of your toy developing a bacterial infection which it can then pass on to you. But it's all a matter of personal choice.
    • I had my share of jelly and can honestly say that thinking I'm gonna save money by buying it instead of picking something silicone or even TPR is fooling myself. Jelly toys don't last. They yellow and loose their pretty colors. They also irritate some people's skin (the older the toy the more it leaks phthalates).

IMHO the only things that are both fantastic and jelly are gummi bears.

I may be biased but I would wait for a sale on silicone dildos and buy one and a small simple hard plastic clit vibe. This way you won't fall into the "wrong anatomy" trap that rabbits have. You can also look for something TPE/TPR (but it will still be porous = no way to disinfect) or silicone in the rabbit aisle.

First night we had it the drive shaft broke. With a "No Returns" policy we are out $$. Anyone else have the drive shaft also break.
    • Nope. Mine works fine. So sorry that happened to you. =[ Honestly, I don't like this toy anyway because it didn't work for me so I feel like I've wasted my money too.

Mine broke, but I had it for a year or two before it happened. It made me sad:(
