Use

I finally got a chance to use my Saturn bottle rocket. I've still been using the Nova; which I love, by the way. The Saturn is a great toy for beginners. Very simple and fun to use. It is not the most powerful toy, so it's not something I would say a more advanced user or someone who is wanting more penetration would enjoy. I, myself, find it to be just enough. This little vibrator is good for clitoral stimulation and can also be inserted. This vibrator is very small in size and travel friendly.

Material / Texture

The material and texture is one of my favorite features on the Saturn. The Saturn is made of 100% plastic but has a smooth coating that gives it that smooth, velvety feel. My favorite feature of the Saturn are the rings all down the small shaft of the toy. I think it feels great when using this toy for clitoral stimulation. I've never had a toy with any kind of texture on it, so when inserted I found I was a little sensitive to the rings, but after you get used to it, it feels quite amazing! Because of the unique texture, I feel that even more advanced users would find this toy interesting.

Design / Shape / Size

The Saturn is small in size and has an hourglass shape. Because of the small size, this is definitely a toy beginners will fall in love with. While this toy is small and travel friendly, it is pretty obvious what it is used for, so if you're trying to be discreet it may be an item you don't want to leave laying around.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls on the Saturn are very easy and convenient to use. It has a one-button push control on the bottom of the toy, with three different vibration levels. Though it may not be powerful for most users, I found it to be just enough. The noise level is fairly quiet when used on low and medium. When I used on the high level, I like to play a little music or have the TV on to fadeout the sound of the vibrator. It's 100% waterproof and can be used in the shower, bath, etc.

Care and Maintenance

Being that the Saturn is waterproof, it is very simple to clean. I use my Eden Fantasy toy wipes, but this toy can also be washed with warm water and soap, or other toy cleaners. You can use both water-based and silicone-based lube with Saturn. She requires 1 AA battery. Like with all toys that you want to last a nice long time, don't forget to take the batteries out when you are finished using.

I love the packaging for the Bottle Rockets by Evolved. Makes for a great gift!!

Still not the biggest fan of the texture on this toy, so I don't use it much. But I still feel it is a great quality toy and a great purchase for someone who likes toys with texture.

    • Anyone ever feel like they lean more toward one product because of the packaging?
    • I prefer my glass toys to come with a nice padded storage bag, but the outer (disposable) packaging doesn't concern me. I also love how many VixSkin toys come in plastic cases that allow the toy to stand and not deform because they got squashed under other toys.
    • No, I have to honestly say packaging does not factor into my decision whether or not to buy a toy. A nice storage bag is a bonus though.
