Liv is a perfect size for me, for clitoral and g-spot play. She's 7 inches long, and you can insert 4 /12 of those lovely inches. Her circumference is 1 1/8 inches.
Liv has a great function button. It's a single button that you can press in four directions - left and right for increasing or decreasing speed, and up and down to choose between the vibration functions. She escalates, rollercoasters, and there are several pulsing options to choose from, as well as your standard vibration.
I love the fact that this toy doesn't make a lot of noise. I can use it in bed without waking up my partner, which means my roommates can't hear it either. It can be used for dual purposes - it's marketed as a g-spot vibrator, and it also works really well with my clit. It's fantastic for g-spot play, without being too curved. I'm not as fond of the really curved g-spot vibes, so that's an added bonus for me. It has an easy-access button on top, so you can switch between speeds and patterns with your thumb really easily, while you're using it. The battery is rechargeable, which is awesome! It holds its charge through several solo sessions, for me. The vibrations are more of the buzzy sort rather than the deep - you can really feel them on the surface of the toy, which I love!
I mainly use it for solo play, usually with another vibrator or dildo, although, this toy can certainly be used on its own. I find the Lelo works best for me as a g-spot vibe with an additional clit vibe, or as a clit vibe with a second inserted dildo or vibrator. This is my go-to toy, so you can tell I really love it.
The silicone is easy to clean, and it feels nice and silky smooth. Don't use silicone lube with it, though. They aren't compatible. You can't boil it, but you can certainly wipe it down with soap and water, alcohol, or what have you.
Unfortunately Liv isn't waterproof, but that doesn't make me love her any less.
This vibrator travels nicely. I just keep it in the little silky bag that it came in. You can lock the controls, too, to ensure it's not buzzing in your luggage! To lock Liv, you just hold the center of the button down for 5 seconds. To unlock it, you do the same thing. It glows when it's locked and unlocked. This function has been so useful for me, because I don't like to leave my toys behind when I'm traveling!
Overall, I love this vibrator. It's the best one I've had in years. It does all I need it to, and it does it very well, without being loud and obnoxious. It is another stunner from the Lelo line!

I have the Liv and find all the interval settings to just be annoying! I use it strictly on the regular constant vibration setting. What's your favorite Liv setting?

Looking at the new Lime Green color of LELO's Liv, I'm very close to buying it, just because it's such a kick ass color. Anybody else have a soft spot for nicely colored toys?
Gigi will be my next purchase, and I think the dusty rose actually looks really pretty, but now there's bright blue...lol, I'm torn. -
Blue, green, and orange are my favorites. I prefer the "non-natural" coloring :-). Even if it's shaped like a real penis, it should be day-glo purple or somesuch :-)

I'm that way too. I like non-natural colors for toys. That is a kick ass color, that green. The pink Gigi does look pretty, but I also like how bright the turquoise is too! My next big buy will probably be a Gigi too, it just sounds so amazing. :)

I've been hearing a lot lately about the Gigi. I haven't paid much attention because I absolutely love my Liv. I flipped back and saw that they are the same price, same company and only slightly different design. Does anyone actually have both? The Liv has been my all time favorite vibrator for a long time.

I actually have the Liv (though I haven't written up a review yet), the Iris, and the Elise. Honestly, and I hate to say it, but the Liv is probably my least favorite of the bunch. It's still an excellent vibe, but it's missing the delicious texturing of the Iris and the g-spot magic of the Gigi. If you like Lelo's products, I'd say the Gigi is definitely worth checking out!

Nooo! Do not take the Liv into the shower! I don't normally like to get all up in other people's reviews and tell them they are doin' it wrong, but it would just be so sad if you accidentally killed such a pretty vibrator.
I really don't think that the Liv is waterproof. It's possible that I just have an older version, or I am having a moment of insanity or something. But, at least double check the manual before you get your shower groove on.

This is a great first review! You might want to mention dimensions and controls/functions in your next review. How big is the toy and how well does it vibrate? I always look for the reviewers personal experience in the reviews with strength or control options. Other than that, great review! You covered the material, lube compatibility and sound.

Alright that you are trying the mentor program. This helps you so much. You may have to go through more than one mentor, I did. I had two completely different, but very helpful mentors. Everyone is so different that it will only improve you. Also as I said on you last review the extend template makes it so you have to break down the toy review into sections.
