"Zini" didn't make me "hua"This is a superior vibrator, it is very close to being what any woman would want. However, if I'm to pay $135 for this toy, I expect to orgasm every time and not have it take 40 min to get me there.
Very high-quality, soft silicone. Has multiple settings. Easy to handle. Rechargeable.
Vibrations not strong enough for many users, more suitable for beginners.
The best use for this toy is obviously female solo play. Although it could be useful in couples play, I did not find it to be as fun since the vibrations were weak, making it difficult for even myself to obtain maximum pleasure. It's form is what makes this toy so interesting. It resembles an un-bloomed flower stem with one leaf petal. The un-bloomed flower is inserted into the vagina, stimulating the G-spot while the leaf petal is rested on the clitoris stimulating that as well.
While the Zini hua's handle is made of hard plastic, the rest of the object is made of high-quality silicone. The quality of this silicone is so high that there is virtually no odor. The silicone is very soft and has a velvety texture, which is very appealing to the clitoris. Also, the part of the toy that gets inserted into the vagina happens to be slightly ribbed. While this sounds intriguing, you really can't feel it. So really the object is only ribbed for aesthetic reasons.
I love the design of this vibrator very much; I find it to be very attractive. I purchased the Black/Wine-colored one and am very pleased with my choice. The shape and size are pretty much perfectly designed to contour a lady's g-spot and clitoris simultaneously. Although the 3.5" insertable portion of the Zini hua seems to be a bit small, it reaches my g-spot just fine and does what it's supposed to. Also, the handle is curved so that a woman may use this device solo; however, if a partner were using this wand on the woman, the angles would be awkward and would not feel so pleasurable. I would suggest the partner be well experienced with using toys in order to make this fun for both.
The most obvious, and only, flaw of this vibrator is that the motor is not very strong. Of course, the wand is quite slender so it's not like the manufacturer had much of a choice with which size motor to install. I have used this vibrator a total of six times so far and was only able to orgasm one of those times, the first time! Unfortunately my repeat attempts for satisfaction were going unfulfilled due to the Zini hua's lack of strong vibrations. You would think that this would not be a problem for this toy because of the menu of settings it has available. There are three buttons, a plus sign, a minus sign, and a circle. To turn it on, you press the plus sign once and it releases a continuous vibration on a low setting. To increase the vibrations, keep pressing plus. If you want to go back down a setting, press the minus button. The circle button allows you to initiate the toy's pulse setting. Pressing it once while the vibrator has already been activated will cause it to repeatedly pulse slowly at 2 second intervals. However, if you hold down the circle button, the pulse setting will be randomized, which is a lot less boring! While the pulse setting is activated, you can still use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the vibration strength. Also, vibration sound coming from the toy is not very loud, but when using the pulse setting, it becomes noticeably louder.
A nice pro to owning a vibrator as nice as this one is that it is rechargeable, so no batteries! Also, when the Zini hua is plugged in and charging, the buttons on the handle light up a certain color ranging from red to blue. Red indicates the the battery is either dead or nearing and blue means it is done charging. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to fully charge from depletion. As for maintenance, I have been using a simple all-purpose, fragrance free wet wipe for cleansing, or you could just rinse it with soap and water of course. And using a little water-based lubricant will go a long way during use.
Zini hua's original packaging is very nice. It came in a light-weight case with a magnetic snap latch and the Zini logo on it. When opening the case, I saw the vibrator laid down resting in matte board that was molded to fit its shape and covered with a hard, protective plastic that was also molded to its shape. When lifting that out of the box, the rest of the contents were revealed: instructions on use, the charge cord, and a satin pouch that also has the Zini logo on it. I threw out the box and keep the toy in the pouch because it was easier for me to store.
Follow-up commentary 10 months after original review
I have definitely used this vibrator a lot less since writing my initial review. I've attempted to use it often over the past few months, but it is just not strong enough to take me anywhere. Too bad all of my money went to looks and texture, and not toward performance. Personally, I would not bother buying from this company again.
