It looks like from the picture the GUY is supposed to wear it low on his waist so that when she's on top it stimulates her. Seems to make sense to me...maybe I'm missing the actuality of it.
I am not quite sure how a woman is to be stimulated when the device is not any where near the clitoris. By the end of the day I know I would be so sexually frustrated I would have found something to get 'er done.
