Hmm, these actually look pretty comfortable...

Like many other Kaplan products these stretchy rings suffer from a quality problem. -- Good for penile use but don't try to stretch them around your base -- they will snap. Unlike other stretchy rings, these will not accomodate a stretch over 2 inches.
Go for another brand.
