a lil extra never hurts...
Don't bother. I sprayed it liberally on my partner's penis to see if it made any difference, and he couldn't tell. Just to make sure, I put a good 10 sprays on my fingertips only to be sticky (and just as sensitive) afterwards. The main ingredient is lidocaine (light anesthetic), but it's not strong enough to decrease sensitivity.
