This product definately works. you should apply before any activity so it doesn't numb her up too. I alway apply 20 mins. before hand and it has kept me going 3 times longer than normal.

This works! My husband has used it many times .It has enabled him to last a long time and pound me very hard and deep for a very long time without shooting off.
