Best use:
This product is used to extend the length of your penis permanently, and it can fix some disorders so it would be best if you to talk to your doctor about this if you are trying to fix an erectile problem. It has two ways you can do extend the length of your penis, but both take six months. One way you wear it for three hours a day for the first two months, then four hours the next two, and nine hours the last two months. The other way, you wear it four hours a day from the start to the end. I am doing the first one because it gave me time to get used to it. To put this on is vary simple and all you do after you adjust it to the right length is slip it over your flaccid penis and pull the tube down and around the head of your penis.-
Material / Texture:
There is no weird smell to this that I could tell even if it was right up to my nose. The plastic piece on this that lies against the base of the shaft is really smooth and feels good against the skin. The gold on this does look nice, but it doesn't add anything to this product that I can tell.

The design on this is different than anything I have seen before, and unlike other things I have seen, it pulls on the penis to extend it slowly and straighten it out. It will fit any girth and most lengths of men. One thing I did find, is that it can be very uncomfortable and awkward to wear out and about like it says you can. Sometimes if I moved in a certain way, or while sitting, I would get a sharp pain so I used it before I went to bed, because I didn't have to move around a lot.

Packaging:
I love the packaging of this. Oddly this comes with an expiration date on it. I don't know what for, but it does. It comes in a really nice box but its not very discreet, then when you take it out of the box there is another brown box that perfectly stores everything once you open it. There is a DVD, a book that tells you how to use it, some extra parts, and a book with a bunch of recommendations from doctors.

This really works. I have been keeping track every week and so far I am up a 1/4" in length and a 1/8" in girth.
