100% food grade silicone is used for the UPP to provide long life and worry free cleaning. A matte finish provides good lube retention, but in this case it is silky smooth with very little drag. No smell or taste can be found, which for anal toys is a big plus. Silicone is also one of the few materials that can be fully sanitized for sharing with partners.
The UPP has some groves molded into the insertable portion, but they are hardly felt during use. On the first spade-shaped bulge, there is a wonderful nipple on the top that provides pinpoint stimulation to the P or G-spot. Two small balls provide stimulation to the perineum but, due to the thin and pliable silicone holding them, you will only receive light stimulation there. The ring located at the base; coupled with the perineum tabs, this provides a safe stop for the probe, so losing it to the abyss is not a worry.
The first bulge is molded at an angle to target the P-spot with ease. This is followed by a narrow neck that allows a resting point after insertion. Following this, the body grows again to the second bulge. The second bulge provides a stretching sensation during thrusting but is not enough to keep it in like a plug.
The design is whimsical and certainly different from other toys, but it is not discreet; I'm not sure what a person could pass it off as. Fear not, the size not only makes it good for beginners but also easy to store.
This probe does what it was designed to do: the shape finds the P-spot, and the nipple on top of the first bulge is very pleasurable. Although, if you are looking for firm stimulation, this one may not be for you. The flexibility prevents that form happening. On the plus side, you will have a hard time bruising delicate tissues during use.
Nothing special here: clean with antibacterial soap and water, a toy cleaner, boiling, or in the top rack of dish washer. The silicone is a lint magnet, so you will want to rinse it off before use and store it in a toy pouch or zip top bag.
Water and oil based lubes are fine to use, but spot test silicone based lubes on the handle. Silicone may have unsatisfactory results and may alter the finish or damage it.
I rather like this probe; glad to see that the Dr. got this one right. My only complaint is the perineum tabs being too flexible; this is a pretty small complaint though, as that kind of stimulation does very little for me. The nipple on the top of the first bulge is wonderful as it grazes across my prostate during thrusting, and even better when turned from side to side.
I used it on the wife and she enjoyed it as well. Her pubic bone is VERY sensitive,, so the flexibility of the silicone goes a long way at proving comfort there. Even better is that the handle and perineum tabs can be moved out of the way to provide oral to her clit during use. In this department, the UPP is a winner for her as well.
