This one is more for alone hands free play. You need to take your time and enjoy this toy. We still prefer a silicone vibrating toy for couples play which allows for more "roughness". The climax delives as any prostate toy. Easy to clean and the handle is great as well
This is my first prostate massager. I chose this over the Aneros series because of the color, and the steel ball is kinda cool.
Anyway, this really works. When you take the time to relax, do the breathing, and concentrate on the contractions you will experience an orgasm like you have never before.
I don't know how it feels for a woman, but I exhibited very similar physical experiences: body tightens up, intense muscle contractions, heavy breathing, mind blowing pleasure that momentarily takes you to another dimension, i can orgasm multiple times, and once i'm done, the super good feeling that you get after really good sex is much more relaxing and intense. All this without ejaculation!
I'm rating this a 4 because you can't rush it at all. You really have to take the time to relax, do the breathing exercises, and focus on the contractions and the sensations. All told, about 1 - 2 hours. Otherwise, it's just a strange butt plug that feels pretty good.
One more thing, I have noticed that if I were to ejaculate via masturbation, that orgasm is also super intense. I'm talking about toe curling, good feelings emanating from the groin to the rest of the body. It's just not on the same level as the dry orgasm described earlier.
From a scale of 1 - 5, I'd say the traditional hand masturbation would be a 1 or 2, whereas with the Nexus it would be a 3, and the hands free orgasm at a 10 (if you do it right).

The Nexus Glide was an experiment on my part to see if something billed as the "best orgasm ever" was actually true, and I wanted to see if it beat the performance of other toys I've used. Well, it's truly amazing!
I used it as directed (yes, I'm a geek like that) as soon as I got it out of the packaging and was delightfully pleased. I didn't feel the full effects because of my hurry to get it inside of my ass but it was still better than any dildo or plug.
