The body of the cock ring is made out of TPR silicone. It is a very soft, stretchy pale pink material that also holds together quite well. The bullet sleeves are made of a very thin layer of TPR silicone, and I haven't had any problems yet with the material ripping when stretching to allow the removal of the bullets. This material feels a little sticky to the touch, so it does end up attracting some lint. The ring has seams on each side though they are barely noticeable when I run a finger over them. The nubs on each bullet's sleeve are too soft to really be noticed during sex. They bend back towards the ring far too easily to actually provide a whole lot of stimulation. The nubs do work well to kind of support the stimulation provided by the bullets, though.
The ring piece measures 3 inches tall (including the bullet sleeves) by 1 1/2 inches wide. When worn, this is not too large of a toy to fit between partners during sex. I am able to stretch the actual ring part into a circle about 5 inches wide, so this will stretch to accommodate most men. No matter how much stretching is required to fit this on, it feels like it keeps the same level of resistance. This material is not a very safe one to share with partners, and since a condom can't really cover this, share it with caution. There is no scent or flavor to this toy directly out of the packaging.
The bullets are made out of a soft coated plastic. They have a slightly velvety soft feeling to them, even though they are as hard as plastic normally is. Each bullet measures about 2 1/2 inches long by 2 1/2 inches around. Both bullets are completely seamless and also have no scent or flavor to them. The design of the double vibrating bullet ring is great, since using two bullets offers much more stimulation to both partners. Allowing the removal of one or both bullets allows this ring to change according to how you want to play. This is also pretty easy to put on, simply roll it up the penis after putting on a condom. As far as fit, this will definitely fit the average person. My partner is average sized and says that this was easy for him to put on and take off and did not squeeze him too tightly. It did not fit tight enough to work at holding blood in his penis, though. He says it only helped trap a small amount in there. Each bullet contains 3 watch batteries, size LR-44. The batteries come already inside the bullets, though there is a small dot of paper preventing the contact between the batteries and the plates. One end of the bullet screws off to open the battery compartment. This same end also has the power button, which has only one speed function. The button is very easy to hit to turn this on, though I find it a bit more difficult to turn this back off, since once this is vibrating it's a little hard to hold still.
The vibration of these bullets is pretty high, probably the highest in any of the vibrating rings I have tried. Compared to some traditional vibrators I have, including the velvet touch vibrator, these are some pretty high powered vibrations. This is not easily muffled by covers, though with some music on no one should hear it through a closed door.
I feel the vibrations these bullets put out are amazing. They aren't so high that they hurt me, yet they aren't so low that I don't feel like pulling this out again. I have noticed that using these in the ring helps to bring me to orgasm faster. Care and Maintenance:
This toy should be washed before and after every use. Between uses, this can very easily attract lint and hair, so giving it at least a rinse off would be a good idea. Removing the bullets prior to washing will also allow this to be easier to clean. Both the bullets and the ring can be washed in warm water with some soap. Toy cleaners may also work, though you will need to check the cleaner's packaging for compatibility with TPR silicone. Allow the sleeve to air dry, unless you want a linty ring. Storing it in a plastic baggy will keep everything clean and ready for the next use.

The back of the packaging shows a full-size picture of the purple version of this ring as well as a small diagram of a penis with the ring on. Warnings are listed in small font, including: don't use it on swollen/inflamed skin, do not immerse in water, do not share with other partners, and that the proper use of condoms and sex education will help prevent the spread of STDs. It does not list that this ring should be taken off after 30 minutes of use and not put back on for 60 minutes after use. The packaging can be recycled easily, since the plastic piece comes off the cardboard backing.
