As mentioned, the vibrating bullet has just one setting, but it is nice and powerful. It is turned on and off by pushing the button on the side of the bullet. To the extent that you would prefer to reduce the intensity of the vibrations, while you can't select a lower setting, you can adjust the position of the vibrator so that it is not hitting you so directly in the perineum and balls. By turning it slightly away, you will diminish the direct vibration and can achieve the effect of reduced intensity. But, I have to say, I thought the intensity hit the mark perfectly.
