My fiancée and I used this a few times, and it was amazing for me. For him, however, he dislikes the steel support system. I am sure there are men out there who do like it and swear by items like this but mine, however, does not. He really doesn't like cock rings of any type.I think the best feature of this product is the instant activation of the vibrator that is inserted into the finger portion of the device. It is a small circular device that takes watch batteries and has 2 settings; intermittent, which is the setting where it only come on when it is in contact with you, or constant. It is made out of TPR, with a hook type projection on the top, and one on either side of the top. The round part with the finger-like projections is wonderful! It has enough of the nubs to make you feel it but not to be too much. They are stiff but soft at the same time.
The top hook like projection snags on the back of the clitoris on the way down and the fingers and vibrator touch the underside and front as it moves up. This give constant stimulation to the clitoris creating an amazing pleasurable experience.
It is kind of noisy, which only bothered me because I have 2 kids and their rooms aren't too far away. The noise actually was nice for my guy because he knew when he was getting it just right because it would turn on. He commented on that a few times. He said he said the steel support inside the rubber was actually bothersome to him. He said the scrotum support pulled out his hairs...ouch! I am sure I enjoyed this product way more then he did; which is ok, I guess, but I would like something that he can enjoy to make his experience a good one also.

The material is a transparent black smooth surfaced TPR. The cock ring itself has 2 half circle rods made of steel and 2 steel balls separating the half circles. The vibrating device is a clear plastic cylinder with the button sensor on the top that makes it turn on on contact, and a switch on the bottom to use constant or as instant activation.
It has no smell which it great, I know some materials smell terrible so I was impressed with that. The cock ring portion itself is stretchy but only to a point because of the steel inside it. I found this was easily put on by my fiancée, it was convenient to use, and comfortable for me though he didn't like it as much. Functions / Performance / Controls:
This product is very functional for both parties using it. The vibrator part is kind of noisy, and feels intense to the touch when out of the device. However, when placed inside the rubber chamber it is at a perfect intensity! It is very easy to turn on and off. If you use it on constant, just turn the switch when finished using. If it is on contact activation, I remove the cylinder from the chamber to make sure it doesn't get pushed killing the batteries. It really does not have an off setting. You could also remove the batteries each time if desired.

Care and Maintenance:
I would suggest normal toy cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of this product. I always keep all my items in ziplock baggies to maintain cleanliness, and keep all pieces of different products together, to not to get them mixed up, I know right??

There were no instructions included in the package. All the information needed can be located on the outside of the box it comes in. It does state right on the box DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER. It also states always use water based lubricants with this product.
