As the name implies, this cock ring is shaped like an 8. The two rings differ in size with one being about half the size of the other. Both rings stretch to about the same size but the bigger one has a firmer, tighter fit. This allows for the user to have two options in intensity. Both sides do provide enough pressure to function as a cock ring should, but the larger size is a little less stretchy. To put this on using both rings, just slide one ring down (probably the bigger of the two) your cock with the bullet pack on the top or stomach side of the cock then slide the smaller ring over the the cock. The bullet back will be on top with the nubs facing out so that your partner can rub against them for stimulation. The stretchy TPR makes this comfortable, though the drag may cause some awkwardness when trying to get it into position.
