I have this, and think it is wonderful. I think every woman, or couple should have atleast one bullet...but if they are a couple, atleast a few c-rings. My husband, and I love these, and they are easy to clean, easy to take anywhere, and definitely do the job. They work perfectly for both man and woman. I myself, have never used it manually on myself. I have seen other reviews on similar items where some woman have used them, maybe i will try it as well.
