We just recieved this today. Haven't used it yet, but I can already tell that I won't like it.
The vibrator isn't in a very good position, specially considering the vibrations from it aren't all that strong.
Also speaking of the vibrator, instead of a nice convenient on/off button, you have to unscrew or screw the cap on to turn it on/off. It always feels like the cap is going to pop off when you unscrew it.
And finally, other than it being an animal which creeps me out, the elephant nose on the one we recieved is crooked.

Material is weak. I bought two of them and they both broke by the third use. The ring literally tears in half. I have since been informed that this has happened to many people. On the plus side, it feels great, very tight fit just the way I like it and the vibration is intense, especially if you spin it around so it vibrates against the underside of your shaft, but it just doesn't last past the third use. It needs to feel the same, but be made from better material.
