Somewhere in this world there is a 22-year-old woman with a full grown nipple on the bottom of her foot. Keep your eyes open for someone who squeals with delight—or annoyance—at every other step.

Actually, the Gizmodo story doesn’t say that the nipple has normal sensitivity. But it has a specfreakingtacular picture of what a nipple foot looks like. The case was recently published in the Journal of Dermatology Online, which said that the woman “sought medical attention for a lesion in the plantar region of her left foot, a well-formed nipple surrounded by areola and hair.

“Microscopic examination of the dermis showed hair follicles, eccrine glands and sebaceous glands.”

And this is a unique case, not your garden-variety third or fourth nipple sometimes found on men or women “running along the milk lines that go from the genitals to the breasts.” Mark Wahlberg has one. Gizmodo writer Jesus Diaz provides a photo of his own “witch’s nipple,” so called because it was once believed witches fed demons with them (Has anyone proven otherwise?) And here’s a video of Lily Allen showing hers off on TV. The new case is the first time a nipple has turned up underfoot.

So when this girl says she’s going to nip down to the store she isn’t kidding.

We just want Conan or Dave to have her on so she can put her feet up and give the FCC a heart attack.
