So remember Reality Kings, that porn site that got smacked for filming on an island in Florida? Well, they're in a bit of trouble again. And once again, they're claiming it's not their fault.

Ever heard of a porn flick called Cum Fiesta featuring brand new porn star Bieyanka Moore? Yeah, her momma heard of it, too, and says “Bieyanka,” known in the court papers as C.S., is 15. And momma's suing RK Netmedia, owner of Reality Kings, for conspiring to “produce, promote, disseminate and profit from” child porn.

Attorney Stuart I. Grossman has filed a motion to dismiss the case. He says RK Netmedia did everything in their power to determine the girl's age.

“Plaintiff’s allegations attempt to paint a picture that Defendants somehow took advantage of or conspired to take advantage of C.S. Nothing could be farther from the truth,” Grossman wrote in his motion to dismiss. “Defendant has been dragged into this lawsuit because of the misrepresentations C.S. made regarding her age to various state and federal agencies and Defendant. Specifically, C.S. procured a valid Nevada driver’s permit with her picture on it which said she was nineteen and identified her as Tyler Chanel Evans.”

According to all parties involved, Reality Kings took Cum Fiesta down as soon as they received an anonymous tip that "Bieyanka" was under age.
