Winter is cold and uninviting. Most of us have joint pain and back pain. This can be an every day thing. When winter moves in it can be even worse. We want to have sex but pain can keep you from your needs.

I know this experience. My boyfriend and I have adapted by expanding the definition to sex. We use toys, mutual masturbation, oral sex, erotic cuddling - you name it. Whatever our aging bodies can manage that gives sexual pleasure to each other is something we consider "sex", whether a penis was ever inserted into a vagina.
